Lump on my breast

Random question..... I was in the shower last night and I noticed that I had a lump right under/next to my nipple... It's not on the other side of my breast, so I know it's not really supposed to be there... I'm 29 weeks pg, not sure if it's a milk duct or what it could be??

Anyone else have this while pg or in their 3rd trimester? I emailed my nurse to see what her thoughts were.... I'm sure she will want me to get that looked at, but just thought I'd see if anyone else had this happen to them?

I also had a lump in my left aerole aera, right next to the nipple. I showed to my OB and he said it should be sweat glands (I think). He did not think it was serious and it could happen. You should get it checked at your next appointment.
