What size is baby? A bunch of kale (super lame, thanks bump), coconut, double gulp.
Upcoming appointments? Not until 9/14 - then I have another glucose test - lame.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Yesterday I told DH we only have 99 days until the EDD. It freaked him out, then it freaked me out. Where is the time going???
Symptoms? Sleeping has been really hard lately. And this week I've had a lot of trouble getting comfortable sitting/laying on couches etc. I feel like I need to be sitting in a straight backed chair constantly.
GTKY: Any fun Labor Day Weekend plans? We're going to a baseball game on Saturday - other than that no plans. I took vacation time for the whole week. Normally I use all my vacation time at the end of the year (it's use it or lose it) but this year I'm scrambling to take days off before maternity leave. I'm going to use the time to work on the nursery and just relax.
What size is baby? Um...grapefruit. I feel like I've had this one before. Also, a large ear of corn, which feels more accurate.
Upcoming appointments? Not for another four weeks...the big, bad glucose test!
Rants/Raves/Questions? Happy I've finally got my breast pump Rx and have finished with my on-base OB appointments. Smooth sailing with the midwife here on out. And I'm sort of looking forward to my glucose test, since the midwife allows the meal with 50 grams of sugar an hour before the blood draw alternative. Nom nom brunch!
Symptoms? Can't deny the sciatic pain. And the kicks! Yesterday I felt him from the outside for the first time! So fun. Other than that, just slowing down, really.
GTKY: Any fun Labor Day Weekend plans? Ha. No. My husband is gone, so it will be business as usual for me. I didn't even realize it was coming up until just now!

Upcoming appointments? Next tuesday to check baby's growth. My fundal measurements were low
Rants/Raves/Questions? Passed my glucose test so I'm happy about that! Haven't been able to get a good nights sleep this week though
Symptoms? Just aches and pains. I think Braxton Hicks are kicking in.....super unpleasant.
GTKY: Any fun Labor Day Weekend plans? Not really.
HSG - All clear, ectopic kidney didn't affect uterus (yay!)

Symptoms?
Still not feeling tons of kicks thanks to the anterior placenta. Looking forward to more movement soon. Wearing a cardio monitor for 30 days due to waking up in the middle of the night with chest, jaw & shoulder pain with some crazy heart palpitations. Not sleeping great, and feeling large! I'm already starting to feel uncomfortable, but I'll probably look back at that statement in a few weeks and laugh at what I thought was uncomfortable.
GTKY: Any fun Labor Day Weekend plans?
Yes! Headed back to NY for baby shower #1. Just a small gathering with family and my BFF that can't make it to GA for a shower. Can't wait to see them, and enjoy home. Pretty excited that my dress arrived yesterday and it fits, too!

Symptoms? Braxton Hicks contractions, MS, just a general feeling of not being comfortable. Also not sure if this is due to pregnancy or not but I am hot all the time! I am forever freezing FI out of the house/car and I feel like there are no adequately air conditioned spots on campus. Forever feeling like a huge, sweaty, feverish mess.
GTKY: Any fun Labor Day Weekend plans? My parents may come down this weekend. FI's birthday is on Monday but he has to work this weekend so we will just do a family birthday party of sorts with his family. We're doing our own celebration, just me and him, sometime before the month is over. It'll most likely be a weekend trip not too far away. He just has to put in for the time off once we decide when we're going.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Had a 3D ultrasound yesterday and our baby girl looks so much like her daddy. Not fair lol.
Symptoms? All I want to do is sleep. But I've been having horrible sleeps. Lots of Braxton hicks. Starting to lactate. Was engorged a bit yesterday.
GTKY: Any fun Labor Day Weekend plans? Planning on doing the fire works we bought that we were supposed to do for our gender reveal by couldn't end up doing because of a fire ban in our area.

Rant: I have been trying to have my OB practice nail down exactly when/why I can't go to work, if I ould get a wheel chair and do half days ect. No one has been very helpful, and they really haven't returned my calls. Yesterday morning, the OB that I saw for my US 2 weeks ago called to make sure that I knew I was cleared to work again and had the documentation to prove it. WTF!!!!! Its been 5 weeks of trying to get this crap figured out, but his partner/coworker never got back to me saying I was off bedrest.
Raves: Tied to that rant, I am not leaving tomorrow until I have a hard and fast paper explaining I can go back to work or my disability paperwork filled out and faxed off with a backup copy in my hands.
Also my friend from church is going to watch L all day tomorrow, so I can make a Costco run as a single woman. I'm so excited to wander with no H or L to bother and distract me!
Symptoms?
Lots of pelvic pressure. Almost like she is laying in my pelvis like its a hammock. Also she has stopped with her 'dancing' periods, and I was freaking out until I did a kick count yesterday and was done in about 20 min.

Upcoming appointments? Had one this week - passed my glucose test, blood count and thyroid look good, HB is good, measuring on track. Thumbs up all around. One more monthly appt, then I go to every other week!
Rants/Raves/Questions? Like everyone else, I'm having trouble sleeping and am super tired all day.
Symptoms? Fatigue, reflux, acne (still), lots of baby movements/kicks.
GTKY: Any fun Labor Day Weekend plans? Nope. It's supposed to rain. Maybe I'll get some extra naps in.

We're going on our babymoon to a B&B in Virginia! I'm so excited!
What size is baby? A head of lettuce or a bunch of bananas.
Upcoming appointments? None in the next couple weeks. Had my diabetes test last week, haven't gotten any news from my OB. He said if I didn't hear anything by Monday I'm in the clear. So I'm assuming I'm in the clear, which is good because I had a giant bowl of ice cream after work.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I feel really pregnant, and I look really pregnant. It's happened kind of suddenly, and of course now everyone is asking when I'm due....and seeming shocked that I have 3 months to go. Can't wait to endure another 3 months of this. Also, we're refinancing our house in order to pull cash out for renovations, and the appraisal report is a big old mess. We're contesting, but that means we probably won't close until the end of the month. We're cutting it really close to have renovations done in time for baby's arrival!
Symptoms? The newest ones are nausea after meals and swelling in my feet and ankles. The joints in my low back seem a little loosey goosey - they must be spreading. Other than that, pretty much your run of the mill stuff.
GTKY: Any fun Labor Day Weekend plans? Sleep, and lots of it - it has been a hellacious couple of weeks at work. DH asked if we wanted to have a BBQ on Monday and I nixed it. Even if I don't do any cooking, our kitchen is always trashed after we have people over and I just don't have the energy to deal with it.
