Hubby is throwing a last hurrah gaming party, there will be lots of tv's and consoles taking up space in my living room and a lot of alcohol...I'll be upstairs in the bonus room with a mug of hot cocoa watching movies snuggling with my dogs.
DH's parents are coming over in the morning tomorrow so tonight I need to tidy up a bit. DH and his dad are going to the range and his mom and I are going to hang out and color! Then we've got to keep packing and hopefully are more productive than last weekend. I mean we got a lot done but there is just sooo much more so we need to step it up. We only will have 1 more weekend day to pack after this weekend before we move due to prior commitments so we have to make sure it counts.

H hasn't had a weekend off in months (damn restaurant industry) but he actually has Sunday/Monday off this weekend! Nothing major planned but maybe a trip to the zoo and I finally convinced him to let us buy some new appliances
DH works all weekend except Saturday so in the morning I'm going grocery shopping alone. Then we are taking the kids to see this exhibit called Jurassic Quest. We took them last year when they came to town and the kids really enjoyed it, it's suppose to be bigger this year.
Its not a long weekend for me (last weekend was tho) but i am going for a spa day & afternoon tea with some friends tomorrow which im really looking forward to.
It's our friends' kid's birthday party tonight. My best friend is up visiting from FL ( I live in Mass) this weekend so I will be seeing her tomorrow at a get together at her H's parents. I am super excited because I haven't seen her since last August. SO yay for that! I am hoping to do a whole lot of relaxing (aka NOTHING) on Monday.
DS has his birthday party tomorrow. It's mostly just family and 2 of his friends. Nothing extravagant but should be fun.
On Sunday we're going to a friend's wedding. We're having DS babysat by my parents that night which means we get to sleep in on Monday and that honestly sounds like the best plan of my weekend to come!

@AfKash she is pretty cute, but I'll try not to! lol Her and her H are actually considering trying for their 1st baby now, so we talk about Zika probably more than we should! I told her for her b-day this month I'm buying them matching beekeeper suits to avoid infestation.
I always look forward to lazing about on long weekends, but we've got an event every stinking day.
Birthday party Saturday (my niece is turning 4), wedding shower Sunday, and we are doing our extra sex ultrasound Monday! All of these things separately are great, but packed into one long weekend... well... it's a lot. I am feeling proactively tired.
No real plans for the weekend, whwhich I'm actually looking forward to. I do have a "date" with my sister and nephew on Sunday. My sister is going to help me with stuff, based on her experience, that I should/shouldn't buy for the new baby. I'm going to take notes, add in information from here, and my own research and try and create a registry.
We are having friends over for a barbecue on Monday, other than that - just sleeping and snuggling with my doggies. I kind of want to repaint my living room - but don't know that I'll get around to it this weekend...
I'll be finishing up unpacking most likely. It's been a week now since we've moved and everyone's asking if we're all settled yet....I'm getting tired of saying "oh mmhmm it feels so good" but in reality my limit is like 3 boxes a day before I peter out.
Sunday were getting DH's jeep fixed and want to hit up the farmers market too
I'm working on cleaning and decluttering my house. Mainly the play room that is going to become baby 3s room. We are moving the toys to their respective rooms- getting rid of some. And also doing some furniture refurb as well.
About to leave at the ass crack of dawn tomorrow for a 5 hr road trip to my cousins wedding in VT so not looking forward to that. Free of children and H which I am looking forward to. And then if I can catch a ride with someone else on the way home I can stay until hotel checkout time which is at 11... Which means I can sleep past 6AM!!
H is on his way home and he's done with out of town trips, THANK HEAVENS. I miss him and so does DS. And I'm over single parenting this asshole. It's been a rough few days. Where probably just gonna relax all weekend.
I was supposed to go to my 20 year high school reunion. . . Last night was a drinking event I wasn't feeling, today was a family friendly picnic, but I realized I really had no reason to want to go, everyone I want to stay in touch with from high school I already am.
So yard work, picnic with family tomorrow, and just hanging with my family.

I've been avoiding social events too and it's so nice just to putter around the house with my guy. He still lives part time in another city so it's been a great weekend.
Late to the party but we cleaned out our garage and started working on the new dress up cabinet that's going in the basement. What is going to be the babies room is a dress up room for my daughter so we emptied it out. I don't want to be putting cribs together during the holidays. I want my nesting done by Nov 1.

Ive heard it's more like a cabinet of curiosities than a museum exhibit and I think my kid is going to love huge scary ass monsters
So yard work, picnic with family tomorrow, and just hanging with my family.
