  When is your due date? 12/26
  
  What part of the world are you from (be as vague/specific as you want)? Southern California
  
  What number baby/pregnancy is this for you? Baby 1, P2
  
  What is your occupation or dream occupation? I manage a sales team in the hospitality world (hence why on the last day of the month I'm responding so late!)
  
  Does your/will your nursery have a theme or color combination?  The walls were already painted a purple/gray color with white chair rails when we moved in. Rolling with that and adding blush and gold in there.
  
  Have you bought anything for baby yet? Crib arrived yesterday (still in box), glider arrived and set up, strollee and travel system is here, crib set is in closet, a few baby clothes my aunt bought when she was visiting, and a cute grey and pink noise stuffed toy for her shelf!
  
  If you have bought things, what is your favorite thing that you have gotten so far?
  A baby outfit with a cute faux fur vest. Love winter babies' 
  
  What is your favorite part of pregnancy so far? Seeing hubby get excited about certain things.
  
  Do you have a favorite maternity/baby brand? No- I don't know much about all of this...
  
  One thing you will splurge on this pregnancy? I convinced my husband to let me get a designer bag by telling him it would be my baby bag  
  
  What are your top pregnancy related priorities? Being healthy and having a healthy baby!
  
  What is your favorite book? Probably To Kill a Mockingbird, although I haven't read it in years. I read a lot of motivational/sales books in recent years.
  
  anything Dale Carnegie I'm a fan.
  
  What is your favorite tv show? Blacklist of my guilty pleasure... mistresses :x
  
  What is your favorite movie? This is a tough one. I can't think of an all time favorite, but the movie I will always stop scanning the channels for is the Holiday with Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz. It was just on this week so it's fresh in my mind. 
  
  What is your favorite band/singer? Miranda Lambert, Beatles, I'm kind of eclectic....
  
  Anything else you would like us to know? I'm excited to have a community to rely on for information as I'm wading through this world I know so little about.
  
  oh, and I've googled pictures of caring for the umbilical cord after birth and my husband and I are both so completely weirded out by it. He even said he would take most of the diaper duty if I would do that

  Hi I love the variety of people we get in here. Nice to 'meet' you! My DH and I lived in SoCal for 2 yrs and that's where we had DD 1. I miss the warm beaches and palm trees. 
  Even though I am not, DH has been in sales for 11 years, so I do understand the end of the month! I always try to be more helpful than usual then Our due date is Dec. 10, with scheduled c-section around Dec 5. I just talked to him and we both agreed that it's pretty much the busiest time of year for him at work. Such is life!

  SoCal is super nice- we've moved 5 times since we met each other and this is definitely our favorite.
  
  husband is also in sales, so the end of the month is equally as stressful for both of us. I think that's why we're such a good match - we understand each other! Due date is end of the year/end of the month so I can totally see myself waiting for him to leave work at the hospital
