  • @BusinessWife sorry for all the chart confusion. I hope you doctors can figure all of it out.

@NYTino24 I giggle ever time I see the gif in your siggy, lol.

  • @maebee87. Oooh, Fiji and Bali are totally on my list.... sigh. Hooray for good sleep!!!

  • @MrsJennaSheppard03. Nope!  Pretty much any exercise is fine, even high impact.  Apart from say, some kind of crazy ninja training where youre actually getting kicked in the ute!  Lol. Even then.

The ute is a very strong muscle, and when she's empty, there's not this big open space.  It's more like a sleeping bag that folds down flat on itself when empty and then gets pushed open by whatever's occupying it.  So it's not like the little zygote is just "floating around in there," either, kwim?
  • BusinessWife Phew!  Thanks.  I did an Orangetheory Fitness class last night and was skeptical about pushing myself too hard.

  • @MrsJennaSheppard03 you're good to exercise.  I continued running, spinning, hot yoga, and pilates during my TWW with DD.  Once I got the +HPT I just changed from hot yoga to normal temperature yoga.  As the pregnancy continued, I modified as needed (eventually stopped running outside and went to the elliptical, eventually was too uncomfortable for a spin bike, etc) but none of that happened until after the first tri.  I literally took a pilates reformer lesson 3 days before DD was born.
  • @avas_dream I swear when we started trying my boobs started getting sore during the tww, and it never was a symptom before when we weren't trying! Ive gotten used to it now, so its not an exciting symtpom anymore, but I think that article may have something there!
  • @slam1110 I love Helen, GA!  When I lived in Georgia I would go there multiple times during the summer to go tubing. I thought about buying a house on the river to vacation in. But then I moved back to the Midwest.

  • @sp128 you should try it.  I've been belly dancing for years. I have a performance coming up in October.
  • Month/Cycle:  1/1

CD/DPO:  25/13 (possibly 9 if FF has a say in it)

    Timing: -4, -3, -2, O (or -1, +1 says FF)

Testing: BFN 9dpo and 12 dpo, just waiting on AF

R/R: My temp dropped on Saturday and has been rising ever since so I'm still waiting for it to drop off and AF to rear her head. I'm ready to start a new cycle fresh, finishing out the TWW after BFN is not fun. Rave: I went out last night and came home to a completely clean house (it's usually clean anyway but this was deep cleaned). DH said that he was bored so he wanted to clean for me. I think I'll have to go out more often.

    CS/Q: No

GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled?  Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination?
I visited San Francisco for a month and loved exploring a city in-depth for that long. I lived near Japantown and took the bus everyday to explore. I'm not a big city person so it was fun to get out of my comfort zone for awhile and live like a local for a month.
  • Wow, thank you guys so much for the outpouring of support. This board is really a class act.

@BusinessWife How frustrating about your chart. I'm curious to hear if your Creighton instructor feels that your peak day is the same as your doctor said or not.

@adirat Good to hear you're still holding on for this cycle!

@swanbrooner That's a bummer about the early BFN, but it still is early. Great to hear about the B6...this was my first entire month taking it, too. I'm hoping to see a slightly longer LP before spotting this month.

@MollyandD Your overall appearance and measurements carry so much more significance than the number on the scale. Muscle mass can throw the number off, but the way you look and feel usually doesn't lie. Don't be too hard on yourself, and enjoy your belly dancing class! I haven't done one since high school but they are fun.

@mamashan12 GL with the traffic light! I think it is awesome that you are trying to do something about it.

@MrsJennaSheppard03 I hope you feel better soon.

@eggplantface I have always loved the idea of going to Germany for Christmas...your Montreal trip sounds wonderful.

Lurking (kinda?) Should I give a lurking warning when I just haven't had time to post in 2 days?  I actually belong here.

@businesswife I had no idea that's what the ute was like.  for some reason I thought it was like a balloon who's sides got thick once a cycle.  mind=blown

Edited because I can't miss a GIF opportunity

    Testing:  BFN

R/R: Honestly... I don't know.  I had some blood in my CM this morning and now I feel like AF is on it's way.  I just feel VERY much like it's coming so yeah.  I might be moving to WTO today or tomorrow. I'm guessing my boobs starting hurting as early as they did because my period is so early this month..

    CS/Q: nope

GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled?  Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination?

My favorite place I've ever visited was San Fransisco, CA.

  • @Sirius37 Good luck today!

@SP128 Fiji was amazing! It took forever to get there but was SO worth it!

@jeg07 Ummm can we trade husbands for a day? Mine doesn't know where the cleaning things are kept and we've lived in our house for 5 years.

Sorry if that's super-huge, I can shrink it on desktop later.  But anyway, I feel like that's more like it, where the usual inverted triangle or pear shape you see is kinda misleading...

@magnolia131  @Marley629. Yes!  I heard back and she said we are good to keep my peak day, so that's one less thing to worry about.  She also asked again about DH's SA that I need to reschedule... ughh. I'm exhausted .
  • Well, I'm out... I guess you can't keep spotting forever. Thanks for all the support, TWW ladies, and I am hoping never to see any of you in WTO.

  • Thanks @swanbrooner and @BusinessWife! Going to take it starting today :)
  • ClaireCF YES! Orangetheory is amazing.  Definitely give it a try, your first class is always free anyways.  I just have the basic membership (4 classes a month) and it gives me that extra motivation to work out during the week.  Plus even just going 1x per week has increased my fitness level and especially my cardio so much.  I really can't say enough good things about the OTF workouts. :)

@Sirius37 As a Scottish person, Dunfermline is pretty much the last place I expected to see listed here!

  • @BitterBetty12 Glad to hear you liked the new OB!
  • @chocolatelemons yes!  We looooooved cape Town and the surrounding areas.  We could have spent two weeks there instead of 6 days!  We also went on safari up by Kruger while we were in SA.
