Testing: Maybe next week
R/R: I think it's finally supposed to get nicer by the end of the week. Thank goodness because I am about to lose my mind being cooped up because of the humidity.
CS/Q: Finally got my CH on a day that makes sense after I threw out a totally odd temp from last week. It was after a night I had a couple drinks and was waaay out from my normal, so I think it's best to not count it.

@MrsJennaSheppard03. Nope! Pretty much any exercise is fine, even high impact. Apart from say, some kind of crazy ninja training where youre actually getting kicked in the ute! Lol. Even then.
The ute is a very strong muscle, and when she's empty, there's not this big open space. It's more like a sleeping bag that folds down flat on itself when empty and then gets pushed open by whatever's occupying it. So it's not like the little zygote is just "floating around in there," either, kwim?
@MrsJennaSheppard03 you're good to exercise. I continued running, spinning, hot yoga, and pilates during my TWW with DD. Once I got the +HPT I just changed from hot yoga to normal temperature yoga. As the pregnancy continued, I modified as needed (eventually stopped running outside and went to the elliptical, eventually was too uncomfortable for a spin bike, etc) but none of that happened until after the first tri. I literally took a pilates reformer lesson 3 days before DD was born.
@avas_dream I swear when we started trying my boobs started getting sore during the tww, and it never was a symptom before when we weren't trying! Ive gotten used to it now, so its not an exciting symtpom anymore, but I think that article may have something there!
Holy 50 responses already, Batman! I'll have to post and ghost!

I also had a blast at Oktoberfest but don't think I'd survive again, and I loved visiting Austria/Germany for Christmas. R/R - Leaving for my best friend's wedding tomorrow. Wish me luck! Still need to write that matron of honor speech. So yuck. I can't even. On a happier note, the instructor tried Zumba toning today. Not bad.
CS/Q: Debating if I should call and schedule an appointment with the doctor to discuss any testing she would recommend. I know it's only been 4 cycles but I just hopped over the AMA side. I tried to explain to DH that it can be thought of as paranoia or it can be thought of having the data to make informed decisions. Not even sure what the doc would recommend at this stage. Also, I am dreading that insurance won't cover.
I had a temp spike today which was unexpected - however this is my first cycle so don't know what my regular pattern is. I got up to pee about 45 minutes before not sure if that has anything to do with it.

GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? I really haven't travelled that much that, but I have always wanted to go to Scotland. Specifically, I want to be sure to visit Dunfermine (sp?) , because that's where my great-grandparents lived.
R/R: My temp dropped on Saturday and has been rising ever since so I'm still waiting for it to drop off and AF to rear her head. I'm ready to start a new cycle fresh, finishing out the TWW after BFN is not fun. Rave: I went out last night and came home to a completely clean house (it's usually clean anyway but this was deep cleaned). DH said that he was bored so he wanted to clean for me. I think I'll have to go out more often.

GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? I visited San Francisco for a month and loved exploring a city in-depth for that long. I lived near Japantown and took the bus everyday to explore. I'm not a big city person so it was fun to get out of my comfort zone for awhile and live like a local for a month.
Wow, thank you guys so much for the outpouring of support. This board is really a class act.
@BusinessWife How frustrating about your chart. I'm curious to hear if your Creighton instructor feels that your peak day is the same as your doctor said or not.
@adirat Good to hear you're still holding on for this cycle!
@swanbrooner That's a bummer about the early BFN, but it still is early. Great to hear about the B6...this was my first entire month taking it, too. I'm hoping to see a slightly longer LP before spotting this month.
@MollyandD Your overall appearance and measurements carry so much more significance than the number on the scale. Muscle mass can throw the number off, but the way you look and feel usually doesn't lie. Don't be too hard on yourself, and enjoy your belly dancing class! I haven't done one since high school but they are fun.
@mamashan12 GL with the traffic light! I think it is awesome that you are trying to do something about it.
Lurking (kinda?) Should I give a lurking warning when I just haven't had time to post in 2 days? I actually belong here.
@businesswife I had no idea that's what the ute was like. for some reason I thought it was like a balloon who's sides got thick once a cycle. mind=blown
R/R: Honestly... I don't know. I had some blood in my CM this morning and now I feel like AF is on it's way. I just feel VERY much like it's coming so yeah. I might be moving to WTO today or tomorrow. I'm guessing my boobs starting hurting as early as they did because my period is so early this month..

But anyway, I feel like that's more like it, where the usual inverted triangle or pear shape you see is kinda misleading...
@magnolia131 @Marley629. Yes! I heard back and she said we are good to keep my peak day, so that's one less thing to worry about. She also asked again about DH's SA that I need to reschedule... ughh. I'm exhausted .
@avas_dream I think it's more that you are more cognizant of everything that goes on with your body during TTC that you notice subtle changes that you never noticed before (even though they have always happened). @mommytom13 FF sends you tutorials when you sign up that are really informative. I also learned a lot on the bump, honestly. The main thing to know is to temp at the same time every day after getting at least three hours straight of sleep. FF does most of the interpretation for you. (sorry if others already answered). @businesswife I am definitely out. But I'm feeling okay about it--especially since we are starting treatment. I wish I had more insight about the follie/ovulation stuff, buuuuut I don't! I should start researching since I'll wanna know it for treatment this cycle. @adirat Ah, gotcha. Well then, at the very least the delayed spotting means LP is lengthening, which is good! Added: Just saw your second post. Sorry about CD1; I just started, too. @magnolia131 Sorry about the less-than-desirable test results--hopefully your doc is able to explain them in a way that makes you feel less anxious about it (but, yeah, I'm with you--there's no way I wouldn't have looked at the results even if it would be best to wait for the appointment). @littlebug2010 Your timing is still really good! I hate when FF makes the TWW longer than you thought it would be. @mamashan12 Yes! I love Spain--where in Spain did you go? Also, H and I went to Greece for our honeymoon and I HIGHLY recommend you go! It totally exceeded my expectations. @mrsjennasheppard03 Exercise will not negatively impact implantation and, in fact, may be beneficial for increased blood flow. Also, I totally agree about Santorini--we went there for our honeymoon and it was just absolutely incredible. We didn't even have to do anything to keep ourselves occupied...I mean, you can just stare at that view all. day. long. And then eat gyros, of course. @bumpybump Wow! Gorgeous picture. @sp128 Have fun at the wedding...good luck with the speech (short and sweet is the way to go!). @jeg07 wow, that's amazing of your husband. I don't think my H even knows how to deep clean.
ClaireCF YES! Orangetheory is amazing. Definitely give it a try, your first class is always free anyways. I just have the basic membership (4 classes a month) and it gives me that extra motivation to work out during the week. Plus even just going 1x per week has increased my fitness level and especially my cardio so much. I really can't say enough good things about the OTF workouts.

@businesswife - I would go with your scan results. Thats awesome that you saw the corpus luteum! What better proof of ovulation! Also, I am nesting really bad yesterday and today. Cleaning and baking and taking extra care of the animals. Usually happens closer to AF for me, so I'm trying to not freak out about my spotting
@marley629 - Welcome back! and I am thinking of starting to read TCOYF if AF shows up.

This is so so difficult. I love traveling and spend a lot of my freetime looking for my next destination. The best experience I've ever had was in college when I did a "semester at sea". Basically, I traveled around the world on a cruise ship, stopping in different countries and taking classes while at sea. I know... hard life. Anyway, I can't choose between South Africa and India so I choose both!
I'm REALLY late to this party today, and unfortunately since this place is so crazy today I don't really have time for replies. Hugs to anyone who needs them! I'll be better tomorrow, promise.

She made it seem like she still really does think I have a shot on my own, but wanted me to be prepared if I felt like things continued to be off. So that was good.

@MollyandD I have been wanting to try belly dancing. Looks like so much fun and looks like it can whittle the waist line.
Mont/h/Cycle 4/4
CD/DPO: 21/8
Timing: -5, -4, -2, O, 1, 2
Testing - Waiting until I miss AF on 9/6. Working late that night so it'll be after work. Maybe 9/7 to get the morning stream
GTKY: We went to Hawaii in July for our honeymoon. It was gorgeous and the people were so kind there. I would go back in a heart beat. DH and I have already started talking about maybe going back next year.

Afraid it'll be a bit of a post and ghost today; I need to leave for my first day on the job in 10 minutes!
Month/Cycle: 2/2
CD/DPO: 24/8
Timing: -2, O, +1
Testing: Not yet
R/R: My head cold has gotten worse and it is so annoying!
CS/Q: Not today
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination?I really haven't travelled that much that, but I have always wanted to go to Scotland. Specifically, I want to be sure to visit Dunfermine (sp?) , because that's where my great-grandparents lived.
Month/Cycle: 1/1
CD/DPO: 25/13 (possibly 9 if FF has a say in it)
Timing: -4, -3, -2, O (or -1, +1 says FF)
Testing: BFN 9dpo and 12 dpo, just waiting on AF
R/R: My temp dropped on Saturday and has been rising ever since so I'm still waiting for it to drop off and AF to rear her head. I'm ready to start a new cycle fresh, finishing out the TWW after BFN is not fun. Rave: I went out last night and came home to a completely clean house (it's usually clean anyway but this was deep cleaned). DH said that he was bored so he wanted to clean for me. I think I'll have to go out more often.
CS/Q: No
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination?I visited San Francisco for a month and loved exploring a city in-depth for that long. I lived near Japantown and took the bus everyday to explore. I'm not a big city person so it was fun to get out of my comfort zone for awhile and live like a local for a month.
@MrsJennaSheppard03 I hope you feel better soon.
@eggplantface I have always loved the idea of going to Germany for Christmas...your Montreal trip sounds wonderful.
Lurking (kinda?) Should I give a lurking warning when I just haven't had time to post in 2 days? I actually belong here.
@businesswife I had no idea that's what the ute was like. for some reason I thought it was like a balloon who's sides got thick once a cycle. mind=blown
Edited because I can't miss a GIF opportunity
Month/Cycle: 3/3
CD/DPO: 27/9
Timing: AI on -1
Testing: BFN
R/R: Honestly... I don't know. I had some blood in my CM this morning and now I feel like AF is on it's way. I just feel VERY much like it's coming so yeah. I might be moving to WTO today or tomorrow. I'm guessing my boobs starting hurting as early as they did because my period is so early this month..
CS/Q: nope
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? My favorite place I've ever visited was San Fransisco, CA.

Sorry if that's super-huge, I can shrink it on desktop later.
@bumpybump Wow! Gorgeous picture.
@sp128 Have fun at the wedding...good luck with the speech (short and sweet is the way to go!).
@jeg07 wow, that's amazing of your husband. I don't think my H even knows how to deep clean.

R/R: A BIG spider was on my couch and it got away. Now I am living in fear
CS/Q: My temp was still "up" this AM but I slept like crap. So I checked it everytime I woke up, just in case. I'm also having mid-cycle spotting (new for me) yesterday and today. Kind of dark today only when straining (sorry, TMI!) So I don't know what to trust, BBT or spotting for when I O'ed.
GTKY: Most of my family is in CO, so I love going there for family and for the mountains!Dating: Sept 2009

@marley629 - Welcome back! and I am thinking of starting to read TCOYF if AF shows up.
@delujm0 - I'm in the same boat with temps this AM. I took three between 3am-8am and picked the middle one. Good luck sleeping tonight and I hope your family feels better!
@swanbrooner @marybpoppins and @avas_dream- Sorry about your BFN
@Nelbetron - Yeah Fall! I can't wait for sweater weather and boots!
@felix08 - Sorry about the AF feelings but if you go...Good luck at your U/S!

adirat Sorry to hear about AF. I hope your LP was extended at least.
delujm0 I also went to South Africa and Mauritius before I met DH. Beautiful places and I would love to go back. Did you spend time in Cape Town?
magnolia131 I’m really sorry to hear about your test results. Maybe with a diagnosis, your doctor will be able to offer you some kind of treatment that may help you.
MrsJennaSheppard03 I love Orange Theory! I used to do it before I moved, but sadly there are no gyms anywhere near where I live now.
Month/Cycle: 2/1
CD/DPO: 35/8
Timing: -5 and O day
Testing: Maybe Thursday, but I might wait until Friday
R/R: Went back to work today (I'm a teacher). So sad summer is over.
CS/Q: I had a huge spike today. Temp went from 98.0 to 98.4. Is this normal post O?
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination? This is so so difficult. I love traveling and spend a lot of my freetime looking for my next destination. The best experience I've ever had was in college when I did a "semester at sea". Basically, I traveled around the world on a cruise ship, stopping in different countries and taking classes while at sea. I know... hard life. Anyway, I can't choose between South Africa and India so I choose both!

R/R: I had an appointment today with a new OB that went really well. She listened to my concerns and gave me genuine feedback. Including that if my short LP issues continue or my late O comes back I should think about seeking out the opinion of an RE. It was a lot to take in, but she didn't make it overwhelming. She made it seem like she still really does think I have a shot on my own, but wanted me to be prepared if I felt like things continued to be off. So that was good.
CS/Q: Nadda
GTKY: What has been your favourite place to where you have traveled? Or if you feel like you haven't traveled much, where is your one bucketlist travel destination?I feel like I haven't traveled enough yet, but right now Ireland is at the top of my bucket list!
