Maybe cut out the nightly baklava. I think it's leading to more weight gain than is necessary at this point (seeing as how I'll lose a pound or so if I go without for a few days and gain a pound overnight when I indulge).

Any challenges this week?
Toddler, work, fatigue, busy schedule, apathy, etc.
How did you do with your goals last week?
Decent, particularly since I've been sick and was on a work trip for part of it.
Monday - 1 mile walk
Tuesday - 1 mile walk
Wednesday - lower body workout
Thursday - a lot of walking, but didn't track distance
Friday - nothing
Saturday - nothing
Sunday - 1 mile run and pregnancy yoga workout

Baklava (clearly) and anything on the Bachelor franchise - it's so terrible but I love it.

Mon - elliptical and strength, Tues - swim, Wed - stretch and strength, Thurs - elliptical and strength, Fri - noon yoga, Sat - whatev, Sun - swim

Just that I was a bum last week so I've got to rev up the energy again
How did you do with your goals last week?
Nutrition - I don't even remember. I don't think I did too bad though. My dog ate half the GF zucchini cake my mom made me so that saved me from over indulging there.
Fitness - plans were thwarted by too much swelling in my ankle, a pool closed for maintenance, and some laziness. However I did manage to get in one weight workout and climbed and did yoga.

After lunch dessert. Peanut m+m's or something like that just always seem necessary.
What is your fitness goal this week? Workout and/or make it to the gym 4 times.
Any challenges this week? My hip started bothering me Sat. night (most likely because my joints are starting to feel the effects of relaxin). I'm going to skip my usual workout today and then try for more activity tomorrow. Hopefully, it will be better by then.
How did you do with your goals last week? Piss poor to be honest.
GTKY: What's your guilty pleasure (food, TV show, etc.)? Embarrassingly enough, Pretty Little Liars is a new guilty show pleasure. Foodwise, peanut butter fudge and sour cream & onion baked wheat thins have been my guilty pleasure this pregnancy thus far.

I have a wedding to go to on Sunday, and meeting up with friends pre-wedding on Saturday and post-wedding on Monday

Didn't set any last week, but walked at least 40 minutes four days last week

Always food, and eating when I'm already full but want to taste something good!

Last week I did no sugar added banana "ice cream" instead of my coconut milk ice cream I get at the store, and it was great! I might that again with cherries or something added

What is your fitness goal this week? Be active on the days I can.
Any challenges this week? I started a new job today with different hours than I am used to working, so getting home MUCH later. I'd usually get my home workout in before DH got home, but won't be able to this week. I think once I'm more in the new role, I can be more flexible with my hours and work earlier again.
How did you do with your goals last week? Not bad, actually. I was exhausted come Wednesday so I didn't work out. I was also hoping to get a work out in Saturday morning, but that didn't happen either. But, I walked around the tailgate area before my college alums home opening football game, so that counts.
GTKY: What's your guilty pleasure (food, TV show, etc.)? I love all food, or most anyway. I usually don't say no... which is good and bad. DH and I watch too much TV, and it only gets worse when shows start up each Fall. Although this year, I don't think we're planning on adding anything new. @h4apartyof5 I also watch PLL, or PLR as DH calls (he watches with me cos of the girls, ha). I cannot NOT watch it since I've been watching since the beginning. No shame, lol. Still love me some 80's and 90's music, most genres.

I need to focus on eating more. It is so hard with this constant heartburn.
What is your fitness goal this week?
No fitness goals this week. Just a health goal of trying to stay stress free. Was in the hospital last week because of stress, so I am trying to relax more.
Any challenges this week?
Will find out if my moms cancer is operable or not tomorrow, so again, just trying to stay stress free and focus on the good things.

I had no goals last week, so great i guess.

Ice cream, it is sooo good! I may just stop at Cold Stone on the way home and grab some!
