  Lurking from another month so December ladies I'm sorry to step in here if you take offense to that type of thing, but I saw this in the midst of my 3rd tri insomnia and am feeling protective of any other future mamas with this one....@aramirez784 why are you posting all over TB without participating in the community, suddenly putting your birth announcement in Devember 2015 as if that'll make it seem legit, and trying to recruit not only everyone all over TB but also a specific stage of pregnant women to be your friends? It comes across as though (absolute best case scenario) you just don't know or care to know how a community works, or worst case scenario you're a predator. Anyone can feel free to disagree of course, but I'd personally suggest you fall back with the creepy mass friend recruiting. If this is an honest but misguided attempt to make friends (think about your own safety, if not a concern about others' safety!), my friendly advice is that there are other ways to meet other moms in your area that you probably have heard of and are more appropriate.

  I do have a daughter but I rarely get on here that I didn't see the birth announcements page last time I was on here

  @aramirez1018 As far as this group goes, none of us have even had our babies yet. You may do well checking Facebook for a mom's group for your area. Or if you're religious at all, get involved in church. Church can often be a huge source of social events/opportunities if you're not opposed to that. But this group specifically may not be a good fit for what you're looking for.
