Is this labour?

Hi girls, I'm due today (basically because it's past 12) but still no sign of baby. I was in hospital Saturday night and the midwife said my cervix is completely far back still so obviously I haven't dilated still right ? . I'm booked in for a sweep on Friday morning, I heard it works for some and for others it doesn't but they won't be able to do it if my cervix is that far back. I read online earlier about natural ways to induce labour and I read about acupressure . I had done it for about half an hour and within half an hour after I started getting herendous shooting pains in my lower back but not my stomach . This was at about 6 pm so 6 hours ago. and the last maybe 4 hours I've been getting this pain in my lower right side in my back and it's like someone is shooting me and pulling everything out every now and again, it keeps coming back and stopping and at times it goes around my whole lower back but mostly it's just that intense shooting pain that goes from the very right side of my back to about quarter of my back and not even half way, does anyone know what this is?
