Er...I kind of think this thread is a little unecessary picking on A17. I think the mean girl vibe is out of control too, I just don't know how much I want the drama to spill over here! I'd rather keep our gossip out of sight of lurkers in other topics like random.

I'll also add that I love the way we handle things in this board. Its torallyappeopriate to point people to the way of pinned and weekly threads, and I see people do it in a welcoming and polite way all the time. "Hey we're so glad you're here! You can totally gripe about all the things you are feeling intgr symptoms thread and see if anyone else feels the same," etc.

Aw, don't feel bad! People react to stuff different ways, I'm sure, and I bet plenty of people felt the same as you did that it was lighthearted. I was just doing that public forum thing where you post differing opinions.
Lurking from April. The April vibe is definitely different than this board and there's a lot more free-flowing posting here. We had a big upset and flounce at the beginning of the week so that might have precipitated a lot of the comments from the last couple days.
I enjoy coming here and reading your threads (I think I've occasionally participated), and I got my BFP before April was even open on the web version. Since my EDD is April I feel connected to them too.
As an aside, April is finally up on the app so you shouldn't get any more of those posts.

I am not sure what I missed but I am glad I am not the only one who has started to pick up on a vibe.. This used to be my favorite part of the day- coming to check out the posts here but I had to take a break last week. My husband told me that my hormones are just making me more sensitive than usual, but life is short- let's stop the complaining and start being happy. People are fighting hard battles everything that no one has any idea about, so people just need to be non-judgmental.
There are precious little things growing in us- that should out way everything else!
