I started off the day with a scrambled egg, some mango, and Apple juice. Not my worst start compared to last week! Last week was mostly cinnamon rolls or PB&J.
I noticed a decrease in appetite...but I am still into potatoes (baked, mashed, french fries), salads, and apples dipped in peanut butter. I have noticed an increase in thirst though, drinking lots of water, coconut water, and milk.
I still can't do OJ or any citrus flavored juices in the morning because they never sit well.
My appetite has come though and I so can pretty much eat what I want at this point. It's glorious! I've been craving nachos like crazy. I dip tortilla chips and salsa almost on the daily. I've also been snacking on a lot of grapes, apples and nuts.
Veggies are not an issue but I've been only wanting to eat them when cooked.

Gold fish crackers dipped in vanilla puddIng cups. Husband side eyed that one big time. Also, going to the store today specifically for turnip. Have a massive turnip craving.
I've started keeping drinkable yogurt in the fridge for when I wake up starving in the middle of the night, which has turned out to be an awesome idea.

Eating a cold tortellini salad with sun-dried tomatoes (which I'm avoiding at all costs), artichokes and the tiniest little mozzarella balls. Super garlicky and I'm going to be regretting this at meetings later today.
@krob same problem with sauteed greens. It's gotten a little better, but I gagged on them so often during the first tri that just the memory makes me run screaming. I've had much better luck with raw spinach/kale.

I'm apparently in need of more protein, because all I want lately is bean burritos, peanut butter and jelly/peanut butter and banana sandwiches, and steak.
I'm becoming a ginger ale connoisseur. H keeps looking for "fancy," local, or small batch ginger ales to get for me when he goes to get beer. It's pretty fun! There are a wide range; light ginger ales, dark ginger ales, dry ginger ales, etc. It's not beer but it'll have to do for now.
@Xstatic3333 - I love ginger ale. The more gingery, the better. Also, ginger beer, which if I add to ice and lime juice, I can almost pretend is a Moscow Mule.
I cant get enough pizza - ham, pineapple & sweetcorn. & for the first time in months i actually wanted to eat fruit today so has a big bowl of melon & strawberries.
at 16w my appetite is finally back! Still can't look at eggs so it's smoothies for breakfast with almond milk and vital proteins collagen, banana and cherries. Lunch is a huge salad with some protein (chicken or fish), dinner this week is spaghetti squash and I'm trying to add in some beef since I found out I'm anemic. Snacking on fruit but trying to keep it low-ish carbs.
Appetite is normalish, but nothing stands out. I know certain things bring on heartburn, eating too much dinner is a huge culprit, and spicy or rich foods.

When I do have an appetite I am still jiving on that Asian food, had Thai mild curry just yesterday. Aside from that I am trying to have bits of yogurt and lots of fruit when I eat at home. As for snack food, hubby's been good about making me popcorn which is just light enough for me to take.
It varies day to day, but I've finally started to crave some healthy foods again which is super exciting. I have eaten two salads this week, and really enjoyed them. Compared to two weeks ago... this is huge!
So all of a sudden this week....crazy cravings for Wendys. I already had cravings for fries and baked potatoes (anything potatoes, yummmmy).....but this is for almost anything Wendys. What the heck? I still eat mostly healthy with my salads, fruits, etc....but this week everything Wendys for lunch has become a very strong craving....burgers, chicken nuggets. So strange. I might be taking a lunch break trip to Wendys....

Sauteed greens are my enemy. I can't seem to choke them down and they make me nauseous and ruin meals. I normally love sautéed spinach or kale
