Several positive HPT but no symptoms

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and have taken MANY HPT. I just don't "feel" pregnant. With my son I was totally exhausted, falling asleep on the couch after work. Now, I feel fine. I wonder if my memory is not correct and maybe the exhaustion was later? Anyone else this early with zero symptoms?

I had no symptoms at 6 weeks. Everyone's experience is different.

Symptoms (or lack thereof) are not indicative of the health of your pregnancy. Enjoy the fact that you're feeling well.

With my first I was exhausted and nauseous constantly. With this one, I've had nothing so far (7 weeks).

Like the others have said, everyone is different. I worried like you as well bc aside from a bfp I did not have any symptoms and wondered if something was wrong. I am now approaching my 14th week (ultrasound a coupled weeks ago) and have come to realize I'm just one of the lucky ones. Maybe you are too!

A missed period is also a symptom, as is a positive test, as other posters have mentioned.

I had no symptoms besides a missed period. No morning sickness, nothing that you normally associate with being pregnant.

I just got a BFP Friday, after being two weeks late. No food aversions, cravings or morning sickness. My breast have been VERY sore for a couple weeks though and my skin is breaking out.

We were TTC for 2 years so I think once we go to the prenatal appointment it will start to feel much more real.
