Lower abdominal/pelvic pain with walking

So I've been having lower abdominal/pelvic pain with increased walking. It's different than the sharp RLP I've felt with sneezing, getting up, etc. This pain is more constant not as sharp but still painful. It usually comes on whenever I take a longerish walk or even when I carry my almost 2 year old up the stairs. If I stop, it usually goes away, but then starts again when I continue. 
Has anyone had anything similar? Have you asked your dr about it? I don't want to bother my OB if I'm just being a wimp/out of shape. But will probably ask at my next appt in a few weeks.

    Sounds like SPD. Your OB can recommend stretches but it pretty much hurts like a B till the baby is born.
