How far along are you? 16 weeks today!

which I think means Month 5!!!

How big is baby? Baby is the size of an avocado!

Appointments this week? n/a - two more weeks

Symptom changes? I'm not sure it's a symptom but I will confirm I finally felt her move... little tiny flutters. I felt them at week 18 with my son and now I can feel them with her.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I convince myself I can eat something I wouldn't normally eat because well, I'm pregnant! I'm going to be as big as a house before this baby gets here!

GTKY: What's your ideal season? What do you LOVE most about the season? I LOVE summer. I enjoy all the season changes (since we get the extreme in all the seasons) but I love that you don't have to wonder what to wear or if you need a jacket and it's light out later. I'm going to miss the summer in a month or so!

Symptom changes? way less nausea. more energy, feeling happier. But omg sciatica! Anyone with good tips, let me know.

Rant/Rave/Questions? OMG guys, constipation. I swear, I don't have a bump, I'm just constipated.

GTKY: What's your ideal season? What do you LOVE most about the season? when I was younger I would have said Summer but it has been SO HOT these past few years that now I crave the Fall. I love the smell in the air, jackets, scarves, Apple everything and bonfires:-)

How far along are you? 16 weeks

How big is baby? Avacado

Appointments this week? Appointment on Tuesday. I have to have a one hour glucose test. I'm not looking forward to that. My DH is coming to the appt because we should be able to hear the hear eat on the Doppler now that I have a small bump.

Symptom changes? Nothing new really. Bump is getting more obvious. It makes me happy.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I have good days and bad with symptoms. Today my head is killing me. Also, my extended family has FitBits and they love doing the challenges and while I appreciate being invited all the time, since some days are too hot or I feel ill, I don't have as many steps. They all regularly get over 10k steps a day. It is disheartening to be on the bottom of the leaderboard challenge after challenge.

GTKY: What's your ideal season? What do you LOVE most about the season? I love late spring and early fall. When the weather is cool, but warm (but not hot) and it's not humid. I love being able to walk around at the zoo all day or my neighborhood.

How big is baby? Avocado

Appointments this week? Had my 16 week appt earlier this week and just discussed routine stuff. My labs look good and have to check blood sugars starting at 17 weeks. Being AMA means GDM testing early. I have a history of hypoglycemia so opting to just test my sugars instead.

Symptom changes? Can't shake the fatigue- fell asleep on the couch twice this week before my kids even went to bed.

GTKY- I love summer for boating season, but love fall even more. Fall clothes, everything Apple, cooler weather, pumpkins, love it all
