Need advice from NYC Moms re baby registry

Hello! So many choices for a first time parent!
Do we need a high chair and also a clip on seat?
What first aid type items should we have for newborn?
We will use a bassinet for a few months. Should we wait on buying the crib or get it over with now?

As for crib, we are getting a crib already, but putting the baby in this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YBADM1O/ref=br_it_dp_o_nS_ttl?ie=UTF8&colid=AQ3WU75RWHS7&coliid=I3V0NS0M4M3AUX&vs=1 and it works as a bassinet:) We are going to place it in the crib and the baby will sleep in it.
I found the most important first aid thing to have for a newborn was the nasal aspirator and the rectal thermometer. Thankfully, I never needed to touch anything else.
We have a crib that converts into a toddler bed, but for the first 6 weeks, my son slept in this next to our bed:

It is amazing. You can use it as a suitcase for all of baby's items if you are traveling, and it is also the crib. It also comes with a mosquito net so it's great to bring along on picnics or to any outdoor activity where your child might want to nap. We used this with our son until he was able to roll over on his own, and I plan to use it again with our next child.
Do we need a high chair and also a clip on seat? Up to you but we travel with the clip on and sometimes even use it at home. We have one in the car and keep one at home. The Inseglia is amazing; purchase the tray as well. We also have the Phil & Ted's poppy high chair which we also love.
What first aid type items should we have for newborn? Just buy an infant first aid kit. Has everything you will need.
We will use a bassinet for a few months. Should we wait on buying the crib or get it over with now? You don't need a bassinet at all. We put our nb in the crib immediately, but if you want one, entirely up to you. You may just want to get it out of the way.
