Squish likes to move! DH poked my belly the other day and Squish reacted with a pelvic kick. Thanks DH...at least one of us thought it was funny and it wasn't me. And if you read my WTF post yesterday the day got better. DH got me a beautiful necklace at work (it looks like an ammonite shell) and took me out to dinner.
GTKY: What's your favorite Olympic event?
Being an archery champ myself I love watching archery, although they don't show everything like they do other events. I also like the rifelry events.

Whats going on this week? Appointments? On Wednesday we have our a/s! I'm crazy excited to see the LO where it actually looks like a baby!
Rants/Raves/Questions? I feel small, periodic movements, but just want it to be more consistent for my PGAL brain's sake.
GTKY: What's your favorite Olympic event? Being a past swimmer, I obviously enjoy that. It's one of the few times swimming gets so much publicity on TV. I also enjoy watch gymnastics though because I'm just in awe of what they can do.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant - we're on vacation in a small cabin. I didn't realize how uncomfortable it had gotten to sleep lately until I didn't have my memory foam mattress topper, feather pillow, snoogle, and master bathroom (#firstworldproblems)
Rave - Target has a drink called Rose Lemonade that can almost fool you into feeling included when everyone else is drinking beers.
GTKY: What's your favorite Olympic event? Not really an event, but I love the medal ceremonies! It's so awesome to see the athletes reach their life goal. I haven't seen any yet because I can't stay awake

Last time around I was just at a loss for this pregnancy trimester math crap... and I do numerical modeling in my job...
Another way to look at it is count back from your due date... so September 9th you'll have 3 months to go til your due date which you could count as 6 months. I personally like the charts because that means when I start my 27th week, or complete my 26th week, that's one week earlier than counting months back from my due date (all because 40 weeks from LMP isn't exactly 9 months so the math isn't totally neat.)

I just did a "competitive" 200m swim as part of a swim/run race. I feel dead. I have a regular Dr appt this afternoon cuz I think I have an early infection. At the very least I'm coughing a ton and feel crappy so I'm hoping antibiotics can fix me up.
Also our master bath remodel starts monday. Aka 6 weeks of walking across the house 6 times a night to pee. But it'll look great when it's done!
Next baby appt is next friday.

last night DH (who is also sick but the Dr said not contagious) was coughing all night. After one session if over an hour I asked him to go sleep in the couch so I could sleep. He told me I should go sleep on the couch since I was the only one bothered! Omg I was pissed! He supposedly has no recollection of it. I'm still mad.

I love watching all of it though I get a little burned out on swimming after a few days.
How big is baby? Eggplant...GI Joe...it's bigger than last week, that's an accurate statement.
Whats going on this week? Appointments? No appointments. I'm prepping to have a yard sale. Woot.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Seriously fed up with insomnia. Grrrrr Also....DH and I have made very minimal progress on naming this kid. Team Green, but we can't agree on anything.
GTKY: What's your favorite Olympic event? I like the winter olympics better - figure skating specifically. Otherwise I could take it or leave it. DH has had swimming on constantly. I'm over it.

Whats going on this week? Appointments? Nothing until the 31st when I do my GTT. Luckily I have a midwife and I don't have to drink that nasty drink and get to eat a yummy breakfast.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Definitely feeling and looking pregnant now. Loving it besides my wardrobe has dwindled down to like 5 things. Makes it easier to get dressed but I might need to shop soon.
GTKY: What's your favorite Olympic event? Umm not a big Olympic watcher but I don't hate it. I'm amazed by the gymnasts.
How big is baby? Endive apparently.... feels like a freaking bowling ball.
Whats going on this week? Appointments? Appointment in a couple of weeks. Nothing else really exciting going on. Just trying to eat healthy and get in exercise when I can.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Holy round ligament pain, batman! I think I've officially popped and baby must have had a growth spurt and has been sitting SUPER low. All week I've been extremely sore and stretched out with sharp pains with every movement. It seems to be calming down a bit now, but damn... I really thought it would be more gradual than just a 2x4 to my groin. Other than that I can't really complain. He moves around constantly which is still so weird to feel but I love it.
GTKY: What's your favorite Olympic event? I love the usual ones like gymnastics and swimming. I think my favorites are synchronized swimming and then rhythmic gymnastics. Edited to change this answer because I forgot about my all time favorite event to watch until it just came on my tv: RACE WALKING! I know it's probably super difficult and I'm not trying to downplay any of the skill required but they just look so funny speed walking and it makes me so happy.
