Completely random...what happened to Ghost Monkey??

For any of you The Knot/The Bump OGs, do you remember the person with the screen name, Ghost Monkey? I think at one point she got banned and changed her name, but I can't remember it. She was notorious on the boards, especially 1st Tri where she would flame people left and right for asking a question that she thought was ridiculous. I was active on May 14 and mostly lurked on the 1st Tri board when I was first pregnant since I was afraid to get my ass handed to me, but anyhoo, just wondering if anyone knows what happened to her. Did she finally go down in flames?? Bonus points if there are any links.

I'm not calling her out, just wondering what happened to her. Re-reading my post I guess it did come across that way, but was most definitely not my intention. She was uber popular for flaming others so thought it might ring a bell for others.

Omg! Lol! Absolutely not. If you look at my screen name you'll see I've been around since about 2008 (I think). That's when I first registered on TK. I'm definitely not the type to pretend I'm someone else to stir up drama. I have enough drama in my life with a 2 yo and a husband who travels quite a bit for work!

What is this exodus that everyone keeps speaking of? When my son was born in May 14 I wasn't active on the boards anymore due to new mommyhood. Maybe I just need to do a search and catch up.

I've been wondering the same. Before now, I haven't used the boards since 2012 when DD was born bc there were too many trolls and bullies.

I've been on here since like 2011 or so. I believe she went down in flames but I don't remember the circumstances.

Things got pretty rough in 2014! I remember everyone left to go start a new board on a different website and everything was super secretive about giving out the website address. I was Aug 14, our board wasn't too bad, but it did break up right around the time all of the babies were being born with lots of people being banned. I checked out the new board but wasn't too interested in continuing with the drama, so I wasn't active anytime after that.
