Next appointments/milestones: Appointment this week was boring. I did get to hear the HB but it was probably like 5 mins long. Glucose test next time. Milestone - viability on Thursday! Which is both exciting and terrifying.
Rant/rave: Rant: Every 1-2 weeks I get severe GI pain after eating dinner. I have not yet determined the reason (I'm assuming it's something I'm eating) but it really really sucks.
Rave: baby moves a lot and it's exciting!
Questions: Nothing.
GTKY: Are you an only child or do you have siblings? I have an older brother. I technically have 2 step siblings but my dad remarried when I was in high school and they are older so we've barely ever interacted. I don't really like them.
Next appointments/milestones: Had an appointment today, discussing the AS, which was perfect, no issues. Next appt. will be glucose test in a month. Also got my due date officially changed from Nov 29 to Dec 2... it was really bothering me lol
Rant/rave:
Rant: We're Team Green, and Dr. may or may not have slipped today. She said "and you're having a girl, right?" - when I said "we didn't want to know" she genuinely looked puzzled and glanced at the chart, showing me where it was written "Do not want gender" and apologized for the confusion, saying it wasn't even in the chart since I'd disclosed so early I didn't want to know.
DH is convinced it's a girl but I told him I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt because if this kid comes out with a penis and we've bought girl stuff based on a mistake....he will be the one returning items. (He's said it's a girl for a few months now, though....)
Rave: Buying the crib in the next week or two - DH's grandma is buying! Also, I ordered my breast pump & supplies tonight so I can go ahead and submit claims to insurance now.
Questions: Not this week. Yet.
GTKY: Are you an only child or do you have siblings? I have a brother 2 years younger, a sister 12 years younger, and a step-brother who is about my age I think....I haven't seen him in 10 years, we were never close - we only saw each other twice a month when I was visiting my dad.
Next appointments/milestones: I had my follow up to my A/s today. Everything looked good. Heartbeat was great and we are measuring right on track. He kicked the dopler when she was trying to get his heartbeat!
Rant: Work is crazy. We start in a week and don't even know what we are teaching. I sort of do but it could change.
Rave: Leif is moving more and I'm finally feeling him more! It's so exciting.

GTKY: Are you an only child or do you have siblings? I have a younger brother. He's going to be 27 this year and I'm 29. He's pretty great!
Next appointments/milestones: We have one a week from today. Other than that our next milestone is viability day, which cannot come soon enough for my peace of mind.
Rant/rave: Raving that FI is fantastic. I have been so sick throughout this pregnancy and he has not complained about it once. I try not to put too much of a burden on him as it is but he really goes above and beyond when the MS/heart burn/acid reflux kick in. I literally don't know if I could do this whole pregnancy thing without him. Plus I get to watch him bond more with Rhett every day, it's so amazing watching him become a dad. I know Rhett will be in good hands once he gets here!

GTKY: Are you an only child or do you have siblings? I have two sisters that are 14 months apart to the day, and the oldest one is 4.5 years younger than me. Then I have a brother who is 9 years, 2 months, and 1 week younger than me exactly. Lol I've done the math on that one! I love being an older sister, now my two sisters are in high school looking at colleges and I love talking to them about that, and my brother is basically my long lost twin. He loves everything I did at his age, Quiz Bowl, science class, Pokemon, Harry Potter. Not that I had anything to do with that
Next appointments/milestones: I have a basic appointment on Monday. Viability is so close I can smell it!
Rant/rave: I felt a kick with my hand for the first time today! It was exciting and I can't wait until DH gets to feel too.

GTKY: I'm the oldest of 4, 2 younger sisters and a brother.
Next appointments/milestones: Anatomy scan was Monday, yay! Regular OB appt today.
Rant/rave: Baby is a BOY! I was so surprised! We have a lot of disappointment on the hubby's side which was upsetting. I immediately went shopping and bought baby a wardrobe. This scan was a huge relief for my PGAL brain. He measured perfect!
Questions: Does anyone have sudden dizziness and nausea starting after 20 weeks? I feel like I am having morning sickness all over again off and on.
GTKY: Are you an only child or do you have siblings? I have two brothers, we are very close. I also have a half sister in Florida, she is 11 years younger!

Rant/rave: Rave: Since moving about a month ago we finally got our living room furniture delivered yesterday and then the painter is at the house today and tomorrow to do the nursery and bathroom along with our half bath. I'm so excited to be able to start decorating the nursery! Rant: To me, I def have a bump going on. It bothers me that in the last week several people have commented that for being almost half way I don't really look pregnant. If that's the case, it makes me feel really great about how I looked pre pregnancy...

GTKY: Are you an only child or do you have siblings? I am the youngest with an older brother and then two older half siblings. My brother and I don't get along at all and my two half siblings don't get along with each other but I get along perfectly fine with my half brother. Yeah - it's a fun family.

Next appointments/milestones: next apt is August 31st, they have to do another scan since baby boy wasn't cooperating last week, they couldn't get the pictures they wanted of the heart. Everything else checked out fine though.
Rant/rave: I wish I could feel him more, some days I feel him a lot, other days barely, and of course my PGAL brain kicks in. I do have an anterior placenta though...
Questions: anyone else have period like cramps some days? I had them all morning today and it was a little unsettling.

Next appointments/milestones: appointment today! Baby girl is growing on track, heartbeat was good and next step is glucose test in about 3 weeks.
Rant/rave: I'm getting tired of the "how are you feeling?" question...I get that they care and are just being nice (because really what else do you say? "how's getting bigger going?" lol) but when I answer they seem to question the fact that I feel great (aside from being tired, I swear the second tri energy fairy missed me HA!)

Next appointment isn't until the 23rd, so about 2 weeks
Rant/rave:
Next weekend we are painting the nursery and the room that our boys will be sharing. Excited to get this done so I can get the boys settled into their room together and start on the nursery. We waited last minute getting the nursery done with both our boys, so it'll be nice to get started earlier and not be in such a rush.
Questions:
Has anyone started to feel baby move on the outside yet? I haven't yet and I can't remember when it started with my other two.

I have one brother a year and a half older than me, he's 36 and I'm 34. We're pretty close I guess. I have one half sister, 28 years old, who my brother and I just found out about in 2011 but she lives in Texas (we're in Michigan). Her and I text all the time and we're close. I also have one step sister and step brother that my step dad had after my mom and him divorced. They are 13 and 11 I think...we aren't close at all mainly because I'm not very close to my stepdad and rarely see him.
