2.) Benched. I'm CD 16 and had some fake out o symptoms and thought about coming off the bench prematurely and DH did a good job keeping me honest. Temp is staying in its midrange and CM is dried up, I have a feeling I'm going to I late again this cycle, so I'm happy we didn't BD and get my hope ups.
3.) R/R- I'm chilling here on the bench another week until my RE appt. My blood tests came back and from what I can tell they all look good except AMH which is very high-10.86. Testosterone and androgen levels are both in normal range and my period had always been within 35 days, so I don't think she will tell me I have PCOS, but I will be interested to see what she recommends. We've decided against doing IVF +PGS next unless she tells us it's our only chance.
4.) GTKY- I'm at out of the office at a conference for work most of the week. I'm going to sneak out early on Thursday and go shopping.
2) WTO still have at least a week and a half to go so just waiting waiting waiting..
3) Had a good weekend up till last night! Had a lot of fun at the beer fest on Saturday and then I had my friends bridal shower yesterday afternoon. All set and ready for the work week until when I was brushing my teeth and walking around the house and WHAM! Smacked my foot right into the open door. Apparently I hit my toes so hard that my pinky toe was spaced apart and out from my other toe...no clue if it is broken! So now I am sitting at work with my toes tapped up because according to the doctors there isn't much they can do for a pinky toe anyway and only to be concerned if I lose feeling or it turns blue or gets really bruised!
4) I plan on just relaxing when I get home from work due to my now injured toe, so I guess watching all the sappy love movies I want while laid up!
@chloe97 I hope the week passes by quickly so you can have your appointment and figure out the next step!

2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.): Pending FET on Thursday of this week! SO gearing up for that.
3. Rants/raves: Not much. I've been feeling pretty good lately. I'm not sure if it's the light at the end of this long tunnel? Or just finding some peace with this situation? Whatever it is, I'm glad.
Other than that, watching the Olympics a little and enjoying the good life of summer.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? I want to buy some new clothes. I have a horrible tendency to buy things for myself last and my clothes are looking a little in need of an update.
@chloe97 I know you were looking for advice on BD the past few days but I'm glad your dh kept you honest and you aren't worrying for nothing. @lilylover27 ouch!! I hope your toe heals quickly and your waiting flies by. @dpjennifer yum, jealous of your homemade canned goods. @BornReady everything crossed for your FET this week! @SnobunnieMel i hope you get answers soon, when do you expect the final results to be be ready?

3. Rants/raves: my rant is to myself, I'm trying so hard not to get my hopes up but I just can't help it. I've been having slight achy/crampy feelings in my uterus so I must be pregnant right? i even eyeroll myself.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? CHILL OUT. I don't have anything planned so I want to try to relax and be zen.

3. We got back from our vacation/ family reunion late Saturday night. It was nice and relaxing and exactly what we needed. It's great to be home though. DH's cousin had a long talk with me about our loss. It felt really good for someone to acknowledge it and check in to see how we were doing. She had also been through a loss so she completely understood what we had been through and the emotional roller coaster of the situation. We have our IVF consult tomorrow. I'm not sure what to expect but if anything it will be good information to have to figure out what are next steps are. No rants really- just getting back to work today will be rough.
4. GTKY. I need to find a therapist and preferably in my network. I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety and with my EDD approaching in a few week I feel it getting worse. Other than that keep up with my exercise schedule which definitely helps manage my anxiety.

@chloe97 so glad you're bloodwork came back good! I was so nervous while we waited for our blood panel/karyotype...I don't understand why it takes 2-3 weeks!
Oh no @lilylover27 I am sorry to hear about your toe so happy you enjoyed the beer fest though!
Omg @dpjennifer that all sounds A-MAZING. Some girlfriends and I used to have a canning party once a year to stock up for the fall/winter.
@BornReady Thursday will be here before you know it!! There are a ton of good sales right now, so it would be a good time to shop.
@SnobunnieMel DH and I are *trying* to keep with our healthy-ish lifestyle but it's so hard in the summer when you go out to eat with friends and get so busy. We workout way more during the other seasons because summer here is so short and we jam it full of things.
2. Status (WTO, TW@chloe97 hed, etc.): WTO I think...? I am CD21 and there hasn't been any temp spike and barely an CM so I am thinking this cycle is anovulatory. Which is fine, I am just ready to move on to the next one so for now, I am sitting in limbo. Or until I see my RE Friday.
3. Rants/raves: Not too much here. I am generally feeling better now that a week has past my EDD. My mind still wanders down that path of would I have had my baby by now? Would I be have been induced? etc, etc, etc. I actually never really thought a ton about any of that between my loss and EDD, so I guess it's maybe only natural to think those thoughts when the DD nears. I am thinking about it less, which is good. I know I won't ever forget that date but I also know it isn't healthy it fixate on what could have been.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? Well my sister comes in from Dallas on Friday for over a week, so I am excited to see her and spend time with her before her boyfriend arrives next week. I also want to do a little fall shopping. It feels too soon to think about the weather changing but I need new boots and a few other things.
good luck tomorrow @roxgibbons! And it is always so nice and refreshing to have someone genuinely care and take interest in someone's loss. So often people brush by it, but DH's cousin sounds super sweet and thoughtful.
@BornReady Good luck! I will be thinking of you and am sending positive energy your way!!! @Lilylover77 Several years ago I did something similar at a bacheloette party...luckily we had been celebrating for a while and one of the girls was a nurse so she popped it back in place and I wasn't in too much pain til the next day. I hope it feels better soon. @dpjennifer Awesome! I am a very beginner canner, and have not braved tomato sauce yet. I'm hoping to next year! @brooklyngirl18 I am with you on the TWW crazies! Good luck!
2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.): TWW 10 DPO, feeling the typical combination of irrational optimism and soul sinking pessimism. I also POAS (see irrational optimism) this morning and BFN. Feeling like a fool.
3. Rants/raves: This is a rave and a rant-- I'm not sure if this needs a TW, but just in case, TW--babies mentioned.
My SIL was due last Monday, and looks like she might be going into labor. I'm so excited to meet our niece, but I think there are some complicated feelings under the surface, that have nothing to do with my SIL or niece, and are more just general sadness. We were so excited that we were going to have cousins so close in age... Anyway, I know I can't dwell on it, and I am truly so happy for my SIL and BIL. It's just complicated.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? Read! I spend waaaay too much time scrolling through my phone, usually reading about TTC stuff, which only feeds the crazy. I finally got a library card in our new town, and am going to put the phone down and read a real book! I'm about a 1/3 through The Orphan Train and really enjoying it.
@Aera11 yeah the due date thing can really suck. I still sometimes thing "I should be holding a X month old baby right now." But I try to avoid thoughts like that when I can. It's easier being past the date, but I'll never forget it. And a canning party would be fun! My parents came last year to help since it was our first year canning in our own house. It was fun and I was able to learn/remember a lot!
@Amdogger82 I love doing the tomato sauce, I find it to be the easiest since I don't actually have to spend the time doing water baths or anything. It's just making the sauce is time consuming. I got a pressure canner last winter so I will be exploring using that for potatoes and hopefully pumpkin puree in the upcoming months...

2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.): WTO... after a really short cycle last month and a rather long one before, I decided it was time to start really temping and tracking. I was just using Kindara app to track my periods mostly, but now I'm also doing Fertility Friend and noting all my symptoms, temps, etc. I've been doing OPK since CD 7 this month and still waiting... (CD14 today so fingers crossed it's coming) Ever since the MC, my CM has disappeared so I'm wondering what's up with that. We will have been TTC for a year in September and the one time we conceived ended in natural miscarriage. Not sure if we are ready to discuss an RE referral, or if we should spend a couple months getting fully healthy (both a little overweight and he smokes occasionally) and hope it helps with TTC.
3. Rants/raves: Went to my husband's cousin's baby shower this weekend. It is her third child and she is due about a month before we would have been. It was really really hard for me, but I got through it, didn't cry, and actually had fun. I was able to be excited for her and the family and I am really glad about that.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? My husband and I just settled on our first home on Friday. I plan to spend a few evenings this week on our back porch with him, holding hands and just being happy together. Perhaps without the stress of the home-buying process, things will start to work out for us on the baby-making front soon.
@chloe97 I'm glad your tests came back good. My AMH is also high, and was one of the tests used to diagnose my PCOS. However, I also had irregular cycles, so there was more than just the AMH used for the diagnosis. I'm sure you are counting down the days until your next RE appointment!
@lilylover27 oh no!! I hope your toes start to heal soon! That is seriously the worst type of pain!
@dpjennifer canning is something I would seriously love to do! I think I'm going to start working on how I can make that happen!
@SnobunnieMel I really hope you get your test results soon! This is getting ridiculous!
2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.): Benched
3. Rants/raves: I don't think I updated from my RE appointment last week. I had my two week post D&C appointment last Wednesday. The RE did do an ultrasound and everything is looking great. He does not want me to go for more than 28 days without a period, so if I don't start my period on my own by next Wednesday, he will prescribe Provera. For anyone with experience using provera, how many days did you take the medicine and then how long did it take to get your period?
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? I can push myself to go to the gym each day in the morning. I feel soooo much better if I work out in the morning, so I really need to focus on pushing myself to get to the gym before work!
About me: TTC#1: October 2015 dx: PCOS & MFI IUI #1 w/Femara + Ovidrel June 2016 ~ BFP July 2016: Blighted Ovum IUI #2 w/Femara + Ovidrel September 2016 ~BFN IUI #3 w/Femara + Ovidrel October 2016 ~BFN IUI #4 w/Femara + Ovidrel November 2016 ~BFN IVF with ICSI January 2017 ~BFN FET February 2017 ~BFN IVF with ICSI March 2017 ~BFP--Twins Due 12/8/17 Team Blue X 2!
3. Rants/raves: Just came back from my baseline U/S and I have a cyst, so our IUI is cancelled and we are free to try on our own, but it won't be a medicated cycle. In a way, this is a good thing, since we have a big kitchen repair job to focus and spend money on. But on the other hand, of course I'm annoyed with the delay. That said, Doc suggested that since we had previously had so many spontaneous conceptions, maybe taking a cycle off will be what we need. He says they have seen many a pregnancy result from a mini-break.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? I need to go back to yoga. I keep taking my TWW off because of the perceived threat, but this month, I am going to make it a priority since I am not doing any stims. When I am on track, I try to go three times a week. That will be my goal this week!
Wishing everyone a happy Monday!

@chloe97 I'm glad your benched time is coming to an end soon. I know it's been a long road for you. GL at your appt next week I'm interested to see what your RE says about your AMH
@Aera11 It really felt good having someone acknowledge our loss. As you said so many people ignore it or don't bring it up which I think is so hard when the loss and the pain is so real for the individual. I've been going through a phase where it's becoming very hard for me again and I'm dealing with a lot of sadness and anxiety so every kind word and thought is very much appreciated. I think once I get through my EDD, and figure out what our next steps are, I will feel better but right now it's just hard.
@SnobunnieMel I'm sorry you are still waiting for your results. I hope you get them soon so that the waiting is over and you can move on with your next steps.
@lilylover27 Sorry about your toe! Hope you are on the mend soon.

3. Rants/raves: I have a chronic neck injury and hypermobility problems and last week the pain started flaring up again and was still painful but not as bad as the first day. But this morning I wake up and the pain has moved farther up my neck and to the right side (it's usually left and around C5 where my fracture is) and I've lost mobility (ie. Can't bring my right ear to my shoulder at all or turn to the right very far) and it hurts SO much I considered the ER but at 6dpo I'm not risking X-rays or meds so I'm just using my heating pad, TENS unit, and soft collar (neck brace) but it REALLY sucks! Hoping it will somehow shift back into place.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? I guess just not beat myself up about needing to rest? I'll try to get a couple easy walks in, if nothing else and there is something online that I have my eye on....
@roxgibbons I'm sorry you're having a tough time right now. One of the things I hate most about infertility + loss is that you can be so easily blindsided by emotion. We have no idea what will trigger us or when. That is why it is so so important to take care of ourselves and to embrace anyone who shows empathy towards any of us going through this terrible time. Sending hugs
@fivetimesnoluck I'm sorry about the delay. Although frustrating, sometimes taking a break from medicated cycles can be a good thing. We took a break this last cycle and it was nice to change our focus and concentrate on other aspects of our lives. GL! And good for you for getting back into yoga.
@Aera11- EXACTLY!! You never know what will set you off, or what the next challenge is. It's all very emotional, much more then I ever imagined it would be.

3. Rants/raves: Before my miscarriage my headaches were pretty under control. Since I've been getting hormonal headaches like clockwork throughout my cycle. It's annoying. I'm also annoyed about my 9 day LP. And the fact that I haven't heard back from my OB about my 7dpo bloodwork. Especially considering I got AF 3 days later. Oh and I'm on hold with the DMV for a mix up that potentially got my license suspended (to make sure that it either isn't suspended or that I get it in suspended literally immediately). So all fun things here.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? Phew. After that whine fest I just did above I needed this one. I've started to get back on track to eating healthy again, and that's made me feel really good. I'm hoping it will positively affect my cycle moving forward.
@dpjennifer sounds like you are all stocked! @bornready glad you are feeling good lately! Sending more positive vibes your way! @snobunniemel I hope you get some answers soon and good for you staying motivated and healthy during the wait! @brooklyngirl18 thanks! I hope everything goes well at the IVF consult tomorrow! @aera11 it was awesome, I mean how can you not enjoy a beer fest! Glad you are feeling better with the EDD past you now. I know the feeling, I am getting anxious again because mine was beginning of October and that is fastly approaching as well @amdogger82 it hurt so bad! Feeling a little better now, I have had it buddy taped all day so I think the support is helping. Seems to just be getting a slight bruise now. Just won't be hopping up and down anytime soon! FX you get a BFP in a couple more days! I understand the anxiety of your niece, I felt the same way. My nephew would of just been a few months older than ours had it happened. I was fine seeing him and then broke down on the way home but now I love seeing him. I hope it is ok for you as well. @beary67 the worst! I mean I have stubbed my toes before but as soon as I saw it slightly turned the wrong way I was like OMG! Thank goodness DH is calm and level headed! Glad everything looked good at your appointment! @fivetimesnoluck FX this is a good mini-break for you! Stinks you have to wait but hopefully they are right and it just happens! @rainbowturtles I don't think I broke it, but who knows I never broke anything before! Just have to see how it goes the next couple of days! Your injury sounds much worse! I would rather stub my toe hard into the door instead of dropping something heavy on it! I am so sorry about your neck! I hope you have some relief from the pain soon!

I've been reading updates all day on my phone and couldn't wait to sit down to respond once I could get to my computer.
@chloe97 - glad your DH kept you honest! Hang in there on the bench. @lilylover27 - ouch! sorry about the toe? How is it feeling tonight? @dpjennifer - nice work! I need to learn to garden so I can start canning. And I also LOVE the olympics. @BornReady - Yeah! Thursday is almost here!! @SnobunnieMel - the bench is hard! hang in there. good luck with the running and healthy changes. Your first MC was same timeline as mine. had my D&C on 3/1 (and a 2nd on 3/10) @brooklyngirl18 the TWW is my least favorite part and the part I wish I could fast forward. Good luck finding the zen. I like to play stupid games on my iPhone to help me zone out and get out of my head. @roxgibbons - its so awesome to find someone to talk to. My DD is also quickly approaching and I do not like it! Therapy has been a lifesaver to me, especially since my loss. I had been seeing her for 2 years already so that was helpful, but finding someone good for you is difficult. I ended up going out of my network @Aera11 - happy to hear from someone who has made it past their DD. I know the anticipation is what is getting to me. @E2theB congrats on the house! so exciting! we are super close to buying a home too. @fivetimesnoluck - sorry for the setback. so frustrating @rainbowturtles - OUCH! hope your neck feels better soon. don't beat yourself up for taking the rest you need. @AliciaGoose - thats a lot to deal with all at once. hang in there @BecauseLove - welcome, but to sorry you have to join us.
OK - wow! lots of people here today. Going to do my own post with my answers! Ha!

2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.): WTO - which is INSANE! I'm on CD11 and usually O between 12 and 14. Felt like I was and would be on bench forever, but my summer of travel is done. I still feel like we should maybe wait until September but oh well. Turns out if you walk around the house in yoga pants your DH will want to HIO constantly.
3. Rants/raves: Coming off the bench is terrifying for me. We want a 3rd kid but pregnancy and I do not agree. To think that I may have to go through 12+ weeks of feeling so crappy.... AGAIN is just a lot. And now that I've been through a late first tri loss where I felt crappy the whole time, feeling crappy won't help me feel better. Ugh. And I hate that my brain can't help but track what CD I'm on and overanalyze everything. My rave is that after almost cancelling our trip because his dad is about to start cancer treatments, my DH confirmed and paid for a trip to Hawaii next month! Hooray!
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week? My DH and I just started a whole30 - so 30 days of clean eating. I've been wanting to do it for a couple years and kept making excuses. No more! Started today, so 29 more days. Ask me how I feel in a few days!

@ladipale it's a little better and can take some pressure but need to keep it wrapped because it still goes the wrong way haha! Sorry about the anxiety about TTC again but sounds like that trip to Hawaii is just what you need!

Good Morning everyone! A busy Friday-Monday for me and DH meant a lot of update reading this morning!! I'm mobiling with a phone that's screen is completely cracked so reading is actually difficult, lol.
2) WTO I think...I'm on CD 19 and last month I O'd on CD 33 but Sunday I got CHs on my FF chart?!? I don't actually think I Od. I'm wondering if a YI (Sorry TMI) messes with your temps. Any thoughts? I'm really hoping this isn't true bc I've been treating the YI so no BD for a week
3) Rave - We had a great weekend and I kinda forgot about TTC. We hosted DHs coworkers for a BBQ on Saturday, had my family over for dinner on Sunday and then spent yesterday in Boston with my sister and her hubby. 22,000 steps yesterday, yikes! We drank beers and ate tons of good food all weekend...gotta hit the gym hard this afternoon!
4) I'm getting ready for a craft fair so I have lots of relaxing prep work to do this week.

@SoonToBeMommaHowe I don't agree with cd13 either. CD 17 looks more likely to me but you mentioned last month was CD 33 so it's quite possible you haven't O yet. What is your post O temp range?

@brooklyngirl18 I've only temped for one full cycle prior to this and my post O temps were from 97.0-98.2. I did have a lot of pain in my right ovary on CD17 so maybe you're right. I hope not bc then I'm totally out but shortening my cycles from 47 days to 31-32 would be nice!

@SoonToBeMommaHowe I would guess that you haven't Od yet then since your post O temps were higher last month than they are now, although a shortened cycle would be great.

3. R/R: Travelling is so overrated. I visited 3 provinces in 12 days and spent way to many hours travelling. Aside from the fact that travelling sucks (I flew and also drove) my vacation was great. I got to spend time with my bio mom and her husband as well as my dad and step mom (who raised me) and got to meet my 10 month old neice/god daughter for the first time. I haven't been temping this cycle because my sleep has been pure garbage with my vacation. Temping now that I'm home but with O happening in a matter of days I don't think I'll get good CHs. Rave: I'm so freaking excited! My new vehicle is officially on order and should be here next month! My current vehicle is a POS and we keep having to put a minimum of $800 in work into it every 6 months, so I'm over it (oh and it's a 2010 and still has low mileage).
4. GTKY: This week is all about maxin relaxin. Taking it easy, enjoying the beautiful weather, and reading are all that I have planned. Pretty drained from my vacay at the moment.
Re: ^^^ TTCAL Check-In August 8^^^
3.) R/R- I'm chilling here on the bench another week until my RE appt. My blood tests came back and from what I can tell they all look good except AMH which is very high-10.86. Testosterone and androgen levels are both in normal range and my period had always been within 35 days, so I don't think she will tell me I have PCOS, but I will be interested to see what she recommends. We've decided against doing IVF +PGS next unless she tells us it's our only chance.
4.) GTKY- I'm at out of the office at a conference for work most of the week. I'm going to sneak out early on Thursday and go shopping.

3. Rants/raves: just sitting. Waiting.
4. GTKY: What is something good you can do for yourself this week?
keep to my running schedule and keep up the healthy changes im forcing upon DH
@chloe97 I know you were looking for advice on BD the past few days but I'm glad your dh kept you honest and you aren't worrying for nothing.
@lilylover27 ouch!! I hope your toe heals quickly and your waiting flies by.
@dpjennifer yum, jealous of your homemade canned goods.
@BornReady everything crossed for your FET this week!
@SnobunnieMel i hope you get answers soon, when do you expect the final results to be be ready?
2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.): 8DPO, trying to hold out til friday to test but wednesday is much more likely. zero.self.control.

Eleni was born on 8/14/17!!
3. Rants/raves: This is a rave and a rant--
I'm not sure if this needs a TW, but just in case, TW--babies mentioned.

@lilylover27 oh no!! I hope your toes start to heal soon! That is seriously the worst type of pain!
@dpjennifer canning is something I would seriously love to do! I think I'm going to start working on how I can make that happen!
@BornReady FX for your FET!

@snobunniemel I hope you get some answers soon and good for you staying motivated and healthy during the wait!
@brooklyngirl18 thanks! I don't know how you are holding out on testing! I am a 9dpo and on tester!
@roxgibbons glad you had a relaxing weekend! I hope everything goes well at the IVF consult tomorrow!
@aera11 it was awesome, I mean how can you not enjoy a beer fest! Glad you are feeling better with the EDD past you now. I know the feeling, I am getting anxious again because mine was beginning of October and that is fastly approaching as well
@amdogger82 it hurt so bad!

1. Introduce yourself (if you're new): Today we were confirmed as having a Chemical Pregnancy...Beta numbers dropped down to 6.9 and I have been spotting all along.
2. Status (WTO, TWW, Benched, etc.): We got the OK to jump back in ASAP. So as AF comes on CD1 (after stopping progesterone) likely tomorrow as I already have been spotting. Starting Femera and then setting up an US on CD14 and likely a IUI#3 on CD16.
3. Rants/raves: Actually feeling pretty good. Hard to have the surge of good news (which we didn't expect after TTC for so long) and then the surge of bad news, to just end up exactly where we started (TTC). I feel grateful that the Dr. is letting us jump back into things. I feel lucky to have such supportive friends and family. Hoping for a great big old awesome mature follie this cycle!

Your first MC was same timeline as mine. had my D&C on 3/1 (and a 2nd on 3/10)
@brooklyngirl18 the TWW is my least favorite part and the part I wish I could fast forward.
I ended up going out of my network
@Aera11 - happy to hear from someone who has made it past their DD. I know the anticipation is what is getting to me.
@E2theB congrats on the house! so exciting! we are super close to buying a home too.
@fivetimesnoluck - sorry for the setback. so frustrating
@rainbowturtles - OUCH! hope your neck feels better soon. don't beat yourself up for taking the rest you need.
@AliciaGoose - thats a lot to deal with all at once. hang in there
@BecauseLove - welcome, but to sorry you have to join us.
OK - wow! lots of people here today.
