1- oh man. We are at in laws and every day has been totally loaded for little guy and he's running himself on full tilt and the taking long naps. He's so revved up!
2- it's easier than last one. That's it. The comfort of the knowledge that I'll never do this again. Ever.
3- rant: I have to fly back with him on Thursday. He was AWFUL on the flight out. The terror of southwest. Rave: we have had a picture perfect week and have a lot of great family photos from this trip

How've you been doing balancing a toddler(s) and your pregnancy this past week?

Pretty well. We had his birthday party last week back home and he was so good for the whole trip, which made it much more enjoyable

What're you enjoying most about this pregnancy thus far?

How quickly it's going-can't wait to meet this nugget. This is our last, so I'm trying to soak it in.

Rants/Raves/Questions:
The ultrasound tech at our anatomy scan this morning was AWFUL. Zero bedside manner. Ultrasounds are a trigger for me, as that's how my 2 miscarriages have been discovered. I left in tears

How are you prepping your toddler for the new baby? Do they "get it" ?

DS has been really involved from the get go; we have a Doppler so he listens to sister every day, I let him choose an outfit to announce the gender to DH, and he helped pick her name as well as some things for her room. He's 3 at the end of the month, so he gets it more than others, but I'm anxious to see how he reacts when she's here, because he's my little barnacle already.

How've you been doing balancing a toddler(s) and your pregnancy this past week? I guess it was a decent week haha. DD has finally recovered from the week she spent with grandparents so life is returning back to normal I hope!

What're you enjoying most about this pregnancy thus far? Definitely feeling movement these past couple weeks. I enjoy it when it's cute and small and fluttery and I don't have to question if my ribs are legitimately breaking.

Rants/Raves/Questions: We found out yesterday we're having another girl! Yay for sisters and for reusing all the things!

To answer @WildRumpus question, I don't think DD gets it yet. We talk about the baby and she gets her baby doll or starts talking about her cousin or a friend's baby. She just turned two a couple weeks ago so I'm not sure how to help her better understand.

It is pretty funny...I ask her if we're having a new baby and she usually says "no!"

How've you been doing balancing a toddler(s) and your pregnancy this past week? Good! Weather cooled down a hair so we've been playing outside. We took him to his first movie yesterday!

What're you enjoying most about this pregnancy thus far? How ds is with the baby. He hugs and kisses my belly and talks about "Archer".

Rants/Raves/Questions: He pooped on the potty. At Chipotle. Wasn't done when he said he was and pooped on the floor. I stepped in it. He ran around the bathroom flushing the toilet while I tried to wipe his poopy butt. It was an epic fail for the first public potty usage and first potty poop in general.

Anything you want to add/share? I freaking love this age. Ds is so sweet and loving and wonderful. And he eats peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches now! FINALLY.

Bonus Question: I think he gets it to a point. We have books and talk about babies when we see them in public and how we're goign to have one at home, but I don't think he's understanding how I'm not going to be able to spend all of my time with just him. That breaks my heart because we're so close.
