1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? To not eat everything in sight.
2. What is your fitness goal this week? I'm trying to go for daily walks with DS. I'm trying to be realistic in my goals right now because I know if I say "I want to work out every single day" it's not going to happen.
3. Any challenges this week? I feel like garbage and the morning sickness has started. Usually when that happens I curl up in bed with carbs.
4. How did you do with your goals last week? Awful. I pretty much had the same goals last week. And I gained 2lbs. NOT a good start!!!
5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it? I've been doing Bikini Body Mommy and really enjoying it. I've also done Jillian Michaels 30 day shred quite a few times. I also like those 30 day challenges you can google because they focus on one problem area and it slowly increases throughout the month. But at heart, I'm a runner. I was doing half marathons before DS with a goal to do a full marathon at some point. I haven't gotten back into running though since having him.
1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Eating more frequent smaller meals. Doing my morning walk and small workout at home.
2. What is your fitness goal this week? Not eating everything in sight while I still feel good.
3. Any challenges this week? I'm always hungry. If I don't eat, I feel nauseous. There's really no winning. Also, cleaning my house was a nightmare yesterday with the fatigue. Not sure how I'm feeling about a new workout regiment.
4. How did you do with your goals last week? Seeing as I was at the Wisconsin State Fair and ate all the food, not good. But I walked over 5 miles while I was there so it kind of balances out, right?
5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it? Squats are my all time favorite. Always have been, always will be (except maybe during 3rd tri).
1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Cut out sugar and processed foods as much as possible. 2. What is your fitness goal this week? Complete my three days of training for a race in October. 3. Any challenges this week? Week should be easy. I' m worried about the weekend. 4. How did you do with your goals last week? This is week 1 for me on this check in.
5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it? I love/hate running.

1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Find other healthy snacks that ease the nausea besides hard-boiled eggs and string cheese! (These are great, just looking for more options)
2. What is your fitness goal this week? Keep on keepin' on - I went to the gym Saturday and did weights at home Sunday, but I also skipped out on a few workouts during the week due to nausea/fatigue/changes in plans.
3. Any challenges this week? Getting to the gym after a long day at work - maybe I need to think about going in the mornings (since I'm not sleeping much anyway)
4. How did you do with your goals last week? **runs off to check what my goals were last week** Not too bad.
5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it? Stationary bike and lifting weights!
1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? To actually make it to the workout. I couldn't keep my eyes open last week, so I skipped. 2. What is your fitness goal this week? To actually make it to the workout. 3. Any challenges this week? Trying to lift weights while not falling asleep. 4. How did you do with your goals last week? Slept through them. 5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it? Deadlifts, but the dr. made me drop my weight down to 30 lbs max, so it's kind of disappointing now. I had a challenge going with my DH and dad that I could outlift them - no dice now.
1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Stop eating like it's my last day on earth.
2. What is your fitness goal this week? actually get up and get my steps (10K-20K)* and go to my gym classes at least three times Also, try prenatal yoga if I have the energy 3. Any challenges this week? This weekend I stayed in bed virtually the entire time. I'm so tired. My belly doesn't feel good. I'm irritable. I have so little motivation. On top of that I feel guilty about not working out. It's pretty frustrating.
4. How did you do with your goals last week? I went to all my gym classes and made my step goals (except over the weekend) but didn't try prenatal yoga
5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it?
Favorite workout is hot yoga. Can't do that for another 9 months but I love how challenging it is. It also forces me to quiet my mind which is rare.
1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? To keep tracking my food intake.
2. What is your fitness goal this week? To make it to the gym at least twice.
3. Any challenges this week? My house is half packed, but we don't know when we close on our house, so I have zero motivation.
4. How did you do with your goals last week? Okay. I only worked out a couple of times, but I tried Stand Up Paddle boarding for the first time. It was about an hour after I'd taken my first pregnancy test so to be out on the water near sunset was spiritual for me.
5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it? I LOVE weight lifting because of how quickly it tones up the body. I always feel amazing after I've been doing it for a couple of weeks and my clothes fit better.
1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? Get back into the habit of tracking my food intake. I got lazy after a week/weekend of travel.
2. What is your fitness goal this week? Continue with the 21 Day Fix...I'm starting my second round tomorrow! I'm also in a 'Butts and Guts' challenge group (my bestie is a Beachbody coach, so she ropes me into all sorts of things...I really should be much fitter than I am, haha!).
3. Any challenges this week? I'm a teacher doing different professional development events all week in a school where I can't store any food in a refrigerator, so I'm probably going to wind up eating out for lunch a lot. Gotta make good choices!
4. How did you do with your goals last week? This is the first week that I'm participating in the check in. Woo!
5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it? I do very much love the 21 Day Fix workouts. And yoga.
@BluesGal10, are you from St. Louis? I grew up there!
Nope, but my husband is from Nashville, IL - 45 minutes east of St Louis, so we're Blues fans. We're hoping to get jobs and move there someday. Edit: Just reread that, and it sounds weird. We're hoping to get jobs IN St. Louis and move there someday. We have jobs here in Indiana now.
1. What is your health/nutrition goal this week? - To eat any vegetable. Like literally just one.
2. What is your fitness goal this week? - To make it to spin and not be a jerk who signs in and ghosts out (I've done it before.....)
3. Any challenges this week? - I'm still early in my pregnancy (This pregnancy is thanks to clomid, so that's the only reason we even know so early), but the exhaustion is slowly creeping up on me. Early this week I felt fantastic, but I passed out at 8pm last night and I imagine that's not going to get any better.
4. How did you do with your goals last week? - I had been on a really great workout kick. It took me over a year postpartum to really get back on track with exercise and I'm not where I'd like to be (not aiming for my pre-pregnancy weight, but more just general happiness with my body). I would much rather have a baby than be in the shape I was aiming for, but it will be a different adjustment.
5. GTKY: Do you have a favorite workout? Why do you love it? - I LOVE Baptiste-style yoga, but that's out for the next nine months. Second runner up is Flywheel. I love a challenge, but I haven't been able to run since my DD was born.
@BluesGal10, haha, no worries, I totally understood! St. Louis is a GREAT city. I love living on the east coast but I sure do miss home sometimes! Mmmmmm, toasted ravioli and Ted Drewe's......now that's what I'm craving.
Sadly, my workouts were pretty much nonexistent this week. I had a 3-day training for new food service directors that was an hour and 15 minutes from my house. I'm off tomorrow, though, so I'm going to go to the Y for a class.
How are you guys handling working out with the nausea? It's kept me on my ass nearly all week. I'm so angry about it. I just want to feel normal so I can workout.
