Man, so many choices for sports and I don't really have a favorite. Today I'm choosing to watch team archery. I've always like archery and was reasonably good at it when I did it at camp/gym/etc.
I root for Team USA generally, and I'll also root for the Swiss cause I lived there as a kid. I also will root for Canada and Great Britain.
I love watching volleyball, beach volleyball, swimming, gymnastics to name a few. But if I had to chose only one it would definitely be beach volleyball...I'm a long time Kerri Walsh Jennings and Misty May Treanor fan, so I'll definitely be watching Keri Walsh Jennings and April Ross.
I'm with you @mimi603107 I live everything about volleyball and beach volleyball. We are at a cabin for vacation and I stayed up way too late for the coverage of Kerri and April last night!
Gymnastics and Diving are my favorites but I will watch just about any Olympic sport. I root for team USA but I also follow (not necessarily root for) China and Japan.

I love watching swimming, and any of the water sports really (diving, synchronized swimming, water polo). I think it's because I'm so mesmerized by the water sports because I really suck at swimming and I could never do what they do.
I also enjoy soccer, but I watch that even when the Olympics aren't on, so I figured I shouldn't vote that as my favorite "Olympic" sport.
I'm in the Team USA boat, but love watching a good competition with whoever is playing.
I really enjoy the Olympics. Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky are hometown heroes so I'll say swimming is my favorite. I also really enjoy gymnastics and volleyball, and women's rugby is keeping me occupied right now!
PS: Anyone else using the Olympics to find baby name inspiration??

good idea! I have no idea of a name and being team green I need 2 names
I love watching the Olympics! I'll watch any sport and root for Canada but I just like seeing how talented these athletes are....and yes I am the single vote for golf HA
DH showed me the Filipino diving team event yesterday, and I felt so bad because the two divers I saw either belly or back flopped. They were in good spirits though because they kept laughing and giving each other high fives lol.

All the top votes are the ones I try and watch... gymnastics, volleyball and swimming.
@ea301 Although we already have a name picked out, I joked to DH last night that we should name baby boy Rowdy, from the swimmer announcer. *lol*
