Super high HCG!

I just got my first round of bloodwork back and I'm at 8+4 now. The value was over 185,000. I assume that this is a good thing, and from what I'm reading the levels taper off. Just wondering if this is an indicator of twins or if that's just something I'm reading online. Anyone else experiencing numbers like this?
