Shrinking Follicle??

Hi all, I'm new hear, so be gentle please.
We have been trying to have child for aprox 3 years, last year we started Infertility treatments. I have had 3 previous IUI's that have failed and several cycles that are just ovarian cysts.
This cycle was turning out well though. I have been on Gonal F 150 since Day 3.
On Day 2 Ovarian check everything was great.
On Day 8 f/s was even better. I had one follicle on rt that was 16.18mm. (this is great for me as I have DOR, so I am lucky to get a follicle) Lining was 6.94mm and E2 was 187. My RE actually scheduled me for my IUI for Saturday and I "was" suppose to trigger tonight, but also wanted to just "check" how well things were progressing today before triggering.
So today is Day 10 and my lining looked great at 7.85mm (this is the best ever for me), but my large follie was GONE! Now I have 2 smaller ones at a 10 & 9... ? This was actually so surprising to my u/s tech that she pulled the previous scan from 2 days ago to compare.
They are check my E2 & P4, with suspicion that I already ovulated.

Has anyone ever had this happen? if so did you keep moving forward or were you cancelled?

I hate the waiting on the bloodwork.. makes me crazy

IUI #1: Jan 2016, Letrzole day 3-7, Ovidrel, Progestrone support = BFN
IUI #2: Feb 2016, Letrzole day 3-7, Estrogen, Ovidrel, Progestrone support = BFN
IUI #3: April 2016, Gonal F 75 IU days 3-11, Ovidrel, Progestrone support = BFN
June 2016, Gonal F 150 day 3-7, increased to 300IU day 8-14, cancelled - no growth.

    It sounds like you did already ovulate. I had that happen once, where I came in to check on it the day of a positive OPK, and I had already ovulated. They went ahead and did an IUI that day, but I didn't go in for a second one the follow day like I usually did.

    So I will update in case anyone else seeks similar info.

    RE called and yes I did ovulate. So its a bust.
