@Schmooie730 it's called a Pello. I got it from Mypello.com they are rather spendy but one of our friends had one and said it was great for reflux which Henry has so I splurged and so far he really likes it! It's similar to the Boopy Lounger but larger. They can use them for a long time, our God Daughter still uses hers and she is 2!
