Can a FET date change?

Hi all! I was wondering if a fet is always exaclty 19 days after the start of estrogen. Can it be before or after? If so, what would be the reason?

Mine got pushed back as my lining hadn't responded very well to the estrogen so I went an extra week. My RE said the only time the clock starts ticking is once you start the progesterone as the transfer is always on the 6th day for a blast (so 5 days of PIO in my case)

Mine almost always got pushed back because I took so long to respond fully to the meds. I never get a firm date until after my lining gets up to 8mm.

Same here. My date was pushed back a week so my lining could thicken up

Mine was based on the clinic availability... I haven't been checked since Friday when I was told I was good for transfer tomorrow. Thought it was a little weird but when I started they gave me the calendar and told me my day 1 may not actually be day 1 for the clinic as they may adjust for availability
