I have a combo of blood work, NT scan, and first follow up OB appt on Wednesday afternoon. I'm nervous about the scan, and the blood work.

Even though I have the doppler, I still worry something will be wrong with the NT. My brother was born with severe heart defects, and they told me my chances are less than 1%, but I'm still anxious.

Last appointment with my RE on Thursday and first appointment with my OB is on Friday!
Looking forward to getting my NT scan scheduled and finding out if I can get the gender bloodwork done!

I have mine Thursday when she's going to check for the heartbeat again since it wasn't picked up (by the Doppler) last time at 9 weeks. I'm 12 weeks today so if it's not picked up this time I'm going to be having a heart attack. If it isn't picked up, I will finally be sent for an ultrasound. If it is, I won't be getting an ultrasound until week 20. As much as I would love an ultrasound, I would rather hear the heartbeat at this point and know the baby is alright. I've been stressing the hell out over this for the past three weeks.

I mentioned this in the ticker change thread, but I have an appointment on Friday and other than blood work, I have no idea what they're doing. At my last appointment, they were supposed to sit with us and tell us what the "plan" was for all the tests and screens, but they never did. I'm so frustrated because I see everyone talking about them and based on what I have been reading, I know when they're supposed to happen but I feel so in the dark! I definitely plan on getting all that information this week.

Friday morning is my next appointment and will include genetic testing (I'm 37 yo). Not sure what else will happen, but I think they said I should also be able to hear the heartbeat then too. Kind of anxious to get through Friday and then waiting for results.

I have my NT scan on Friday 8/5 and an appointment with my doctor to go over blood work results (I think? I assume? They took 8 vials from me on 7/22, I hope the results are in by Friday!)

I am 13 weeks this week.

I have my pregnancy physical on Tuesday afternoon and my NT scan on Wednesday. The scans always give me some anxiety.... Ugh!

Last week I had a bunch of blood draws done and we will review this week. I failed my 1 hour Glucose by 1 point 10 weeks earlier then last pregnancy

I am more sugar sensitive (I lean towards hypoglycemia)...Then diabetic but it still has to be monitored. I really don't want to take the 3 hour -I'm hoping they allow me to go back to daily sugar checks like we did with my last pregnancy.

I have my second appointment with my OB on Thursday! I'll be 11.5 weeks. I think I'm just having blood work and hopefully hearing the HB on the Doppler!

I have my NT scan tomorrow (Tuesday)! I just want to hear the heartbeat again and then I'll feel a little less nervous. I also have my second prenatal appointment after the scan.

I got the results back from my NT scan (7/22) and everything looked good! I get to talk with the nurse educator tomorrow afternoon and today I'm going to call the doc I want to switch to and set something up. We moved right before we got pregnant and traveling 45 minutes for every appointment and taking all that time off work is not working.

I had my pregnancy physical this morning along with the Doppler heartbeat check! The nurse couldn't find it at first but the doctor was able to pick up the heartbeat!

In other news, they wanted to do a pap because I have had the LEEP procedure done in the past and the Dr. couldn't find my cervix... never heard that before haha. She tried 3 times and was like well it was just a precaution so we'll call it a day on that. I have my sequential screening next Tuesday and then after that (assuming all is well) nothing until the end of September for my ultra sound to find out the gender!

I have two appointments this week. First a meeting with who I hope will be my new OB. My doctor who I LOVE is no longer taken new pregnancy patients.

Second appointment is FTS. Hopefully I get to see/hear baby twice this week!!!

I've got my first OB appointment today and I think it's just blood work. I will be interested to hear what my appointment schedule will look like this time since I'm having twins.

I also have what was supposed to be my last blood draw at my RE tomorrow, but I just found out that I did my medication weaning wrong. Ugh. I'm sure everything's fine, but it's just an extra thing to worry about that I shouldn't have to.

I have my 12 week appointment on Friday and it will be the first one my husband will be joining me to. We are supposed to hear baby on the doppler.

I'm not sure what NT scan stands for, but I have an ultrasound on Wednesday. This will be a follow up ultrasound to check growth since I was a week behind what I thought I was, and also to check for some closure of a little gap. The doctor didn't explain much about the gap so I'm not sure what it is, all I know is she wanted to see it close. But we heard the heartbeat at our last ultrasound, so I feel good about going into this one!

NT scan is an US+ Finger prick of blood. It's done at around 13 weeks to evaluate your risk for Trinomy related issues.

I had my NT Scan this morning, baby is looking great (and measuring 5 days ahead). This was the first one DH went to and it seemed surreal to him to see the baby. 12 week appt. with OB this Friday too.

It stands for Nuchal Translucency (that's okay, I hadn't known before either!).

Friday I have a regular MW appt. It's been 4 weeks since my last appt, which included an ultrasound, so I saw the heartbeat then, but haven't heard it yet. Looking forward to hearing that beautiful sound!

@imalwaysme79 I'm so glad I'm not alone in the dark! I have an appointment tomorrow and I'm not sure what I'm doing either really. I mean, thank god for baby books, so I have an idea, but I'm still not 100%. I had blood taken last time (2 weeks ago), and they mentioned doing another ultrasound to confirm my due date...but honestly it's all a little nerve racking.

I really am hoping it's to go over the blood work? After a miscarriage my brain is so scared something is going to be wrong, so I could use any kind of update.

I am nervous for Friday, mainly because this is when my husband said he wanted to get to before we tell the kids, and I really want to tell them, but am worried something could be wrong. I also want to ask about some of the other testing because I am 38.

I'm surprised they want to do your NT scan at 11 weeks. My scan is scheduled for 12 weeks 5 days, and when I tried to move it earlier due to a scheduling conflict, the nurse said that she could try but that it was unlikely to get the measurement they need before 12+3. Anyone know anything more about this and want to explain it to me??

Hmm, with my DD I had my NT scan at 11+6 and this time around at 12 weeks. It was originally scheduled for 13 weeks but I had to reschedule and she did mention about checking my dates 1st but switched it without a problem.

Met with my new OB today. And all went well. She was wonderful and I am so thankful because I loved my doctor, but she's not taking new pregnancy patients. I was really worried about finding a doctor who I felt comfortable with. Thankfully I was referred by a friend who sang the praises of my new doc. We did an abdominal ultrasound today and I got to see a blurry pic of the LO and hear the heartbeat again. She decided not to do more since I have my FTS tomorrow. Fingers crossed all goes well tomorrow.

@MonaLisaRalphio, I think since my RE does it in office, if the baby isn't measuring ahead enough maybe it will just be a regular ultrasound? It was a 3 week follow up from my last, and I measured 9w1d then.

I am convinced that man would diagnose a sinus infection with the dildo cam, so if we can't actually do the NT, I won't mind a bonus scan.

I have my 13 week appointment tomorrow, hopefully will get to hear the heartbeat. I had an ultrasound at my first appointment 4 weeks ago, and babe was right on track!
