  I don't know about heat but I think that would be fine? Maybe just standing in a warm shower..? Also, sports bras were helpful my first time around and mine did stop hurting before the end of the first trimester, just a few weeks after I found out I was pregnant.. Hoping the same for you!

  Thanks! I feel like I can feel them getting bigger like shooting pains and I feel my bra getting tighter! It's insane. May call my doctor tomorrow although I feel silly calling for something like this but I'm just so lost being a first timer here!

  Tmi, but when I take my bra off it is excruciating. I have noticed that if I get in a hot shower right after I take my bra off the pain is much better and they aren't as sensitive for a while after I get out. I have two bras that are life savers. I literally hand wash them so I can alternate between the two but I will be getting a maternity/nursing bra

  @jteraye88 I feel like there is no such thing as tmi on these boards lol. Hence why I love them so much. I just soaked in a bath tub and am feeling a lot better. Already broke and got a nursing bra but it is already too small!!!

  This is my second pregnancy, and I don't remember them being this sore last time! I did LOVE Genie bras last time though... And they worked well to pull down for nursing!

  My boobs haven't gotten any bigger (that I've noticed) but they hurt like crazy when I take my bra off. I've noticed it more when I sleep too. Sports bras are wonderful but I don't feel like I can wear one to work. I don't know, that may just be a personal comfort thing. I'm already a 34DD normally so I'm hoping they don't start growing yet!

  My boobs are fuller and they kill when I take my bra off. I've been trying to wear a sports bra when I get home instead of free boobing it all evening.

  Strap the boobs down in a sports bra. (Or two) That's about all that works for me.

  Mine hurt really bad in the morning, only right as I'm waking up. They stay tender throughout the day but I'm loving the sports bras while at home. I'm sure a heating pad wouldn't hurt for a little when it's killing you.
