13 weeks! Hooray!

Symptom changes?

Despite being a FTM who was in reasonably good shape going in, I look EXTREMELY pregnant. Still more bloat than baby, but I'm calling it a little bit baby. I'm mostly feeling good, with occasional intense heartburn.

Rant/Rave/Questions?

STM+, what did you do for the heartburn?

GTKY: What do you miss most now that you're pregnant?
Beer, and alcohol in general. I just got back from a wine-tasting bachelorette weekend and it was very sad. Bought a few bottles to enjoy next spring.

How far along are you? 11 weeks today

How big is baby? A lime

Appointments this week? I have an OB appointment on Friday. They screwed up last time where I didn't get to talk to them about what tests/screens are happening when, so I'm not entirely sure what they're doing besides blood.

Symptom changes? The nausea has subsided somewhat. It's not all day, but it still comes and goes. I'm still mostly very tired.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I'm in south Florida and slightly (ok, a lot) freaking out about the Zika.

How far along are you? 12 weeks

How big is baby? Plum

Appointments this week? Thursday at 3 to check for the heartbeat again with the Doppler because we weren't able to hear it at 9 weeks last time. If we can't hear it again this time I guess I finally get an ultrasound.

Symptom changes? I haven't had any symptoms let up yet so I still don't feel good at all, no energy etc. I don't think I have anything new to add since last time though.

Rant/Rave/Questions? TUMS for heartburn! Any STM struggling to handle your other kid(s)? I am! Both of mine have autism though so I know it's not the same as typically developing kids. Still, this is ridiculous and I'm looking forward to the 31st when they're back in school.

GTKY: What do you miss most now that you're pregnant? (Stolen from Saturday) I miss smoking. I know, I'm a horrible person.

Appointments this week? I go see the nurse educator tomorrow afternoon and I'll be setting up an appointment to switch to a doc in my area.

Symptom changes? I didn't have any MS and then last week I threw up my dinner 4 times

Rant/Rave/Questions? It's weird thinking I'm in the second trimester. My hubby keeps asking when I'll show, I think I am already.

GTKY: What do you miss most now that you're pregnant? DH said the other day he wished I could go to the theme park this fall and I do too I guess.
