OB recommendations - Encinitas/Vista Area

Hi all,

I was hoping someone could provide a recommendation for an OB in my area. I work in Encinitas and live in Vista, so anywhere there or in-between would be great. I just went through a missed miscarriage and was not impressed with how my doctor handled it. I'm very fact based and need someone who will be up-front, honest, and provide me all the information they can at all times. I've got the Health Net PPO if that makes a difference as well. Also, I'd like someone who will be open to my "crunchier" methods i.e., a natural birth and maybe birthing center.

    Hi, I am giving birth at babies in bloom in vista, it is an all natural birthing center. You have to pick your own midwife and mine is in encinitas, san diego midwife. I love them!!! I started at scripps coastal in Encinitas and didn't feel comfortable in a hospital. They both accept insurance and can tell you how to bill your insurance. I really recommend them. 

    There are two independent certified out of hospital birth center sin san diego county, one in encinitas and one in vista. The one in encinitas has a large group of midwives and you don't know who will be there for your birth, you get whoever is on call. At san diego midwife you really get to know your midwife and you know who will be there for the birth :)
