High Blood Pressure

I just had an appointment Tuesday where my doctor said I had high blood pressure. Normally I'm 118/? And I was 136/?. She said she is not concerned because it has only happened once and is just something we will keep an eye on. Also, I was just in Colorado for a week and got altitude sickness so not sure if that had anything to do with it. I am working out at least 3x/week and my weight gain has been normal she said. Has anyone else had this come up?

I've had high blood pressure for 10ish years... They adjusted my meds right before I got pregnant and it dropped to 118/78 ish in my first trimester and my high risk dr took me off some of my meds because he said they like it around 135/ in pregnancy... Hope this helps

I was induced with DS because my blood pressure was high towards the end. They call it gestational hypertension.
The top number isn't as important as the bottom number. The bottom number is your BP when your heart is at rest (between beats). My Dr. doesn't like to see that number at or greater than 90.

I must have crazy low blood pressure for pregnancy. Last week it was 102/65. 135/ would be high for me.

My doctor said a lot of times it
goes down in pregnancy

Mine has been low too. 98/68 is the highest reading I've had. I had pre eclampsia with my 1st, now I've got hypotension and hypoglycemia with this one. My body can't decide where to be. Lol
