Lupron for FET - Timing, pointers & any success stories ?

This is the first time that I will be taking Lupron for an FET (0.1CC daily for about 20 days & then 0.05CC for 10) . The nurse said it doesn't matter as to when I take the shot as long as its the same time everyday.
I have heard about all the wonderful side effects of Lupron & I was wondering if anyone had pointers on what time of the day was better in order to function relatively ok at work ? Also, any other pointers for those on Lupron is also very appreciated.
I was also hoping that there were some success stories of FETs on Lupron... :-)

IUI #1 : 5mcg Letrozole (CD 3-7) + Ovidrel Trigger + Had the one follicle = BFN (March 2014)
IUI #2 : 5mcg Letrozole (CD 3-7) + 150 iu Bravelle on CD9 (after much begging!) + Had the one follicle = BFN (April 2014)
7th May 2014 - changed REs, this one seems to care (we think....)
IUI #3 : 7mcg Letrozole (CD 3- 7) + 75 iu Bravelle (CD 8-12) + CD12 Scan 5/16 + Had 3 follicles (2 under 15mm) = BFN(May 2014)
IUI #4 : 7mcg Letrozole (CD 3- 7) + 75 iu Bravelle (CD 8-12) + CD12 Scan 5/16 + Had 1 follicle + DH gave best sample so far = BFN(June 2014)
IVF#1 - ER Only Cycle Sept-Oct 2014, 17 eggs Retrieved, 14 mature, 10 fertilized, 6 made it to Blast & post PGS 5 were not viable due to chromosomal abnormalities
Not sure where we go from here...

Hi! I did not have any serious side effects on Lupron that I remember. Maybe low-grade headaches? I believe I took it in the AM which was per my RE. It was a super easy shot, just tedious everyday. I got my BFP with it!

**BFP and loss warning**
I don't mind the shots themselves but PIO messes with my mind, makes me really anxious after about 4 days of it.
I don't know if this cycle is going to go ahead, I had my SIS today & they said there was a dip in my uterus, so have to go for a 3-D US next :-( Hopefully, its nothing...

I had the 3-D US and the doc there said it was a fibroid and it makes my uterus look like it has a septum & that typically this affects implantation. I am still waiting to hear from my RE about the next steps.

Based on the 3-D US:
turns out I have something (they suspect a fibroid) that is causing my uterus to have a septum. Hysteroscopy next week to have it removed...hopefully it won't be an issue in the long run!

I had my pre-op today, so will be under anesthesia for the procedure. They think it will take about 12-15mins max and about 2-3 hrs total for me to get prepped, have the procedure & come out of the anesthesia.
