Quick please! Thawed breast milk?!

I thawed out 8 Oz of breast milk Sunday in anticipation of a trip but don't need to use it until today. It's now Wednesday, can I still fees it to LO? I read 24 hours after thawing it was the safe window but it doesn't look or smell weird.

    It's your call. I had read the 24 hour thing as well.

    Personally I would have used the milk on that day and pumped/frozen a new batch that day to restock. However, I'm pretty cautious with this sort of thing.

    I've read if it smells and tastes fine to go ahead. Yes you may have to taste it lol. If it's not sour tasting then it's fine. I usually dump after 24 hrs tho. Depends on how difficult supply is for you.
