Yup, someone has pointed that out to us as well (and we don't even know what we're having yet, so if I find out we're having a boy, THAT will be the immediate image in my head).

Easy way to make that person super uncomfortable would be to say- Yes, my dream will finally come true!

You could make them even more uncomfortable by sighing dramatically and saying, "Wouldn't be the first time, probably won't be the last."
