STM+ Moms, when will you tell your kids?

I am so sorry if this is a duplicate post, couldn't find it from the brief scrolling that I did, but when are all you 2nd or more time mamas planning on telling your kiddos you're expecting? I am having a super difficult time not saying anything to our boys, but we're trying to wait until after the first ultrasound. and I know, as soon as we tell them, our secret is no longer safe...so what about you ladies?
