Hi All,
Has anyone ever tried K-Tape for working out, or a belly band? Thoughts? Preferences?
I'm pregnant with my second and didn't work out with my first, so this is uncharted territory for me.
I workout at OrangeTheory, which is a combo of cardio, rowing, free weights, and TRX, so mildly intense. Just looking for recommendations!
