Hi everyone. I'm Molly, age 33, and TTC my first child with my husband. Any tried and true tips that work besides sex during the most fertile window? Thank you in advance.
If you want "tips", then lurk on this board. You will find a group of knowledgable and smart women who are willing to share their research and experiences. I recommend that you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility. A majority of the ladies on this board use the methods in this book to TTC each month. My personal experience with the book is that I really didn't understand the entire process of getting pregnant until I read it. Our discussions and conversations are rooted in the information/research in this book, so I can't suggest enough to start reading it ASAP (your can download it from the Nook app--that's what I did). Lastly, please read the newbie threads because it will help you get familiar with the rules/guidelines of the board and will list the acronyms we use in everyday discussion.
Once you're familiar with our board culture/understand the basics of charting/tempin, please join the daily threads like TWW/WTO. This is where you will find the most valuable advice on maximizing your chances of conceiving.

Welcome!
You should take a prenatal vitamin. Don't assume you ovulate at cycle day 14. Use the knowledge from this board/the book mentioned above to determine when your most fertile time is. Don't stress about having sex every single day of your fertile week. It only takes one time to get pregnant, so don't worry about skipping a day or two if you need a break/arent' in the mood. Remember that you have a 20% chance of conceiving each cycle and that it can take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive, so (while it is disappointing) it is completely normal for it to take several months.

I second what the lovely ladies who commented before me said.
I think they pretty much covered all our tips and tricks. I don't really have anything else to add.

Sex during the FW is definitely a good place to start, once you have started tracking to know when that time is.
