  If my nips are stretching to the point that they would be difficult to latch to and the feel like a bad boob job, I know they are overly full.
  
  I dunno about the getting bigger part, if you LO is going through a growth spurt or just finished, your breasts probably produced more milk to meet the increase in demand. If that's the case, maybe it would result in your boobs getting larger?
  
  Oh and my left is a little bigger than the right.

  I didn't notice my baby's breast buds until her two week appointment, and one was definitely bigger and swollen feeling.  My ped said it was normal, but definitely call if you're concerned.  Her's took another couple of weeks to go away.

  According to the bump it even normal for girls to get their "periods" soon after birth thanks to all of moms hormones.  I know DS genitals were super swollen after and DH of course as like "that's my boy!" I was like "don't worry hunny that will shrink back down so you two will match better" hahaha I'm so mean.
