Today - I did noon yoga and the class was so good. So not typical but still flowy and challenging but not draining. Just really good. Tonight = hot date with myself and Order of the Phoenix. Saturday - My mom is hosting a lunch for my cousins and I. Should be fun. She'll try to guilt me about it and martyr herself with it but I'll pretend I don't notice. Then we have a bbq in the park hosted by some friends in the evening. Sunday - our weekly cleaning blitz and our friends arrive in town so maybe we'll see them.
No plans tonight. DH is out getting me ice cream though.
Tomorrow we're going to our friends for our annual pool volleyball tournament. It should be fun, but will be a long day in the sun..and possibly even longer depending how tipsy people get. DH wants to go see an artist he likes at a bar late in the evening after but I said I would have to see how much energy I still have. May just drop him off on my way home and he can uber.
Sunday our landlords are having a showing here since we're moving for 2 hours in the middle of the afternoon. So we have to clean up, and find something to do with the dog in the heat of the day. She's not a good car rider either. I think we'll take her to a place to give her a bath (assuming they have a tub big enough) and maybe walk around the pet store with her. If DH is hungover and crabby I will likely lose it on him..he will be warned lol.
In the evening we are getting together with friends to do one of those "escape the room" things. I did one of the rooms for my bachelorette party with a couple of girlfriends and thought it was so much fun! We escaped the room with 10 minutes to spare. (You get 60 minutes). Tomorrow we are going to try a different room with 2 other couples, so that should be a lot of fun since I don't think DH will be very good at it, and neither will my best friend's boyfriend. They will be weak links for sure haha
Sunday we might go to the lake, but not sure yet. Hoping DH will be inspired to paint the nursery soon since we ordered the large furniture (crib, dresser, glider) yesterday.
My mom is visiting! I have missed her a lot, she got here about 5pm our time and we all went out to eat at this little Italian place near us with great pizza, and then she helped me grocery shop. Mostly because I get worn out lifting the cases of water and pushing a heavy buggy. Tomorrow we are going to garage sales in the morning and then doing lunch and getting our nails done in the afternoon. It's good that she's here because FI unfortunately works 6a to 6p tomorrow, so my mom will keep me company.
Well now I can't sleep. I'm becoming an aunt as we speak! SIL and BIL went in for an appointment - they have a scheduled c section at 37 weeks (full placenta previa)... just 4 days from now. But the baby wasn't moving a whole lot and while things are okay, they decided to deliver tonight. I'm just worried and excited. It sounds like everything is healthy and they just didn't want to chance anything but I want that baby out and strong and healthy! And mama too!
Congrats aunt @slartybartfast! I hope mama and baby are doing well.
Today laundry and cleaning. I woke up at the ungodly hour of 5:30 for all this. There will be a nap. Have to drop off 3 bags of clothes and shoes at goodwill as well and maybe convince my mom to come with and look at baby/maternity clothes.
Sunday, the Who Is It? party. We're announcing to our close friends who Squish is. Probably gonna get a lot of told ya so's which I hate. Ugh.

I woke up at 4 am. Ugh. So today will involve a nap.
We are on a spending hiatus so well just be home this weekend. We are going to finish moving things in the office to make room for the guest bed and that means the nursery will be closer to ready to paint. I told DH the other day that I just don't have enough umph to hand sand the remaining parts of the dresser that need it so he's going to do that this weekend so we can start painting it. I go back to work August 10th so I want all the painting done before then so we don't have to worry about it.
Other than that we will probably just watch movies at home this evening.

MIL is in town. We've done a lot of shopping for baby girl. And tonight we are doing the sex reveal with the family. It will be a relief because DH and I call the baby by her name and it's easy to forget to not use the correct pronouns when talking about her.
Oh and bath and body works is selling all body sprays for $5 today. So it's gonna be a good day.
Me:27 H:30 Till death do us part: 7.2.2011 Trying to conceive since 01.2014 Low AFC and azoospermia IVF #1 03.2016 - BFP 03.28.2016 Due: 12.05.2016
Now that we know it's a girl, I sorted through DD1s clotges and washed and put away all the newborn and 0-3 month clothes. Also put blankets, bibs, burp rags in the laundry bin for washing later. This has all been in storage for over a year do even though it all was washed before storage, they smelled a little "storage-y" .
I'll be working on the r2d2 quilt and maybe a more basic one as well if I have time.
DD is going to my parents tomorrow morning so DH and I can shop in peace (just groceries so boring but way easier than with my 2 year old who hates shopping). Then we will have lunch with my parents.

@sourlemon I spent time doing the same over the past 2 days . Pulling out all the baby stuff, seperating it into big ziplock bags. I didn't wash anything yet but it was so fun to see all the stuff I loved from when he was a baby.
@DiFazette I only washed it cuz I'm crazy. I'll probably wash it all again in late October or early November when I get into another nesting kick.
@sourlemon DH judged me hard when I said I was going to wash it. He rolled his eyes and said 'to wash it again in a few months'... Well, yeah....so what! That on top of not yet having a dresser for these boys because it has to go in the closet so the dimensions have to be just right had me decide against washing, but I wanted to. I've never wanted to do laundry. I guess I'm nesting?
Anyone else nesting? I think it's early for nesting but I figure I've got a solid 10 weeks before anything can happen carrying twins.
I wish. I didn't feel the slightest hint of nesting last pregnancy. I haven't felt anything close this pregnancy. I need some motivation! I also wish nesting came in the form of wanting to pick weeds. WTF is up with weeds man. Our yard is a tour of invasive species.
@slartybartfast I organized our linen closet, finally unpacked the last box in our master closet (we've lived here for a year) and would be doing more if H wasn't putting DS to sleep right now. I weeded last weekend, it was the worst.
@DiFazette I'm totally nesting already. I had been just making lists off off the must do, nice to do, do if time permits...but then when I was told about the placenta previa I panicked so I want it done and I want it done now!
My Dr only said no sex for the next 8 weeks but if I have a bleed it could be straight to bedrest. Or if it's a full PP in 8 weeks it could mean more restrictions and possible bedrest. So I almost feel like I need to be prepared if that happens. He said those are worst case scenarios but it's not uncommon for it to get more restrictive...but it's not uncommon for it to clear either. So we shall see. Nesting overdrive!
I had thought about doing some organizing this weekend, especially going through the maternity clothes my SIL gave me to get whatever I think I would wear washed and into my closet. But, I ended up going out of town with my parents to my grandparent's house to celebrate my mom's (63) and Grandpa's (93) birthdays. I figured, my Grandpa only turns 93 once, and I enjoy seeing my grandparents when I can. Had I stayed in town, I could have done some of that and then some. But... another time!
I also have made lists of things I need to do that is pregnancy related, mainly calling daycares in town. I've contacted a few via email, but it's hit or miss on them responding so that's odd. And one, the message said they'd probably call back in a week. Um, what? Well, it's been over that time so they're getting another call. It was the one we were hoping to get into cos it's very close to our house. So annoying. I feel like I need a day off to do that stuff, but don't mind just leaving messages.
