We're taking my husbands aunt and uncle out on our houseboat on the St. Croix river on Sunday! His uncle just found out he's in remission from colon cancer and I'm super excited to celebrate with them!
We have to clean house this weekend because DHs parents are visiting next weekend (bleh).
I am also hoping to get out of the house solo for some shopping or a pedi. This last week was hard on me. Work has been insane, so I have been working from home at night til late after my daughter goes to bed. My husband was traveling for work, so I was solo parenting. His flight got delayed coming back last night and I had an alligator sized tear sob fest last night after my daughter went to bed because I felt like I wasn't doing anything right. I am not performing as well as I would like at work, my house is a mess so I feel like a bad wife, and because I feel so crappy I haven't been as engaged with my daughter so I felt like a bad mom.
I'm going to start the declutter process at home since baby makes 9 in my 750sq ft house (shared with sister/roomie, BF, and our 5 dogs)! I absolutely love purging so this is fun for me!
I have a potentially too busy weekend. I'm nervous. Tonight H wants to go to a free concert downtown. I could happily skip it but we'll see. Tomorrow I'm volunteering (on land) at a scuba diving event. Sunday morning is yoga, and Sunday afternoon we have free tickets to see Heart that I got with my Ticketmaster settlement. That'll be fun, but I'm tired thinking about it all!
Depending on the weather, we are going to the creek to swim. Then DH is babysitting a friend's boys while I nap. And then the midnight Harry Potter party! If my nausea can stand it..
DD1- Aug11 Angel Baby- June13, said goodbye Oct12 DD2- Aug13 DD3- due Feb17
DH is out of town on his yearly Man's trip with his Navy buddies, so me and DS will be snuggling up and watching Netflix, eating Chinese & ice cream. No shame in my game! DH got major points for cleaning the house & doing laundry before he left because he felt so guilty about leaving me while I'm sick. Wish I wasn't on pelvic rest so I could repay him- know what I'm saying.
In the meanwhile, I'm just gonna enjoy being a bum and getting snuggles with my soon to be 2yo- I'm seriously in shock he's already about to be 2!
Tonight and tomorrow we're viewing homes we're interested in buying!
Then Sunday we're surprising DH's grandma and showing up at brunch (she thinks it's just her and DH's mom but DH's mom is in on it) to tell her we're pregnant. She's going to be over the moon excited. DH and I were only together a couple of months when she started telling us that she's been telling her friends we'd be getting married soon. Then for the last year or so she's been asking us if we have any *news* to tell her. It sounds annoying but she's such a sweet lady it's actually adorable. The plan is to go see Secret Life of Pets after Brunch!

Working weekend for me, too. When I'm not working I plan to be doing a whole lot of nothing. All these plans you people have sound exhausting. Then again, I avoid outings even when I'm not exhausted and pregnant, just because I'm lazy and I don't enjoy in-person human interaction very much.
My my son has been asking to go to the beach, though, so I may force myself to do the beach and ice cream cones on a sunny 75 degree day. Woe is me. Lol.
I'm going to attempt to travel to see my friend again. Yesterday sucked and I've been sick all day because of it or just from MS making up for being non existent yesterday. I'll be honest I was grateful my MS wasn't around yesterday. I hope it goes away tomorrow while I fly again.
We have two sleeping beauties in heaven. Jack gained his wings on 09/02/2016. Kali gained her wings on 07/28/2015. They will be forever missed.
My daughter has tee ball and I have to work both days. Wish it was more relaxing, but it's also supposed to be like 97 degrees so I am glad we did not have a lot of outdoor plans.

We don't have any solid plans this weekend. It's supposed to be a scorcher so we might just take DS to the splashpark to get some energy out.
DH is having someone come look at our bathroom to give us a cost estimate on upgrades. I'm curious if we won the lottery and he's just not telling me because we don't have money in our budget for this.
H and I had a date this morning. We saw the secret life of pets and wow a lot of adult themes for sure! Murder and revenge etc not super kid friendly at all. Then we bought a new washer and dryer!! The Samsung vrt he top loader. im so excited to use them. Tonight we are making a cherry cheesecake:)

My mom was thinking of taking my son to this, should I tell her no? All my friends are loving it on FB.

Murder in Secret Life of Pets? My kids really want to see that one and we have collected an embarrassing amount of the toys from McDonald's. This makes me think we should screen it.

I would screen it just in case. The movie was hilarious I loved it but I just don't think I would take my ypunger kids to see it because they might understand some of the more adult humor. (Kinda spoiler?) Lol of course there were littles sitting behind us and there is a scene about killing the human with a blender and this probably two years old started repeating kill the humans. It made me laugh but I was like oh man those parents are probably real happy. Imo it's more of an adult older teen movie but I'm also a wimp with that stuff. No gore it was just talk and some small violence.
Just got back from a beach vacation Friday night, yesterday I cooked and set up for my DD2's family luau birthday party, today is her party, which will now be inside since it's a million degrees out. I am TIRED!
