BBT time adjustments re: vacations

Hey ladies, not sure exactly where I should post this, so I made it a new discussion.

Does anybody have any words of wisdom about the time I take my temp with relation to travelling out of time zone?

I normally temp at 5:45am EST. Next week I'll be in. CT time zone and then the week after that I'll be in a MT time zone (so much travelling!). Should I adjust my temp time according to the time zone change, or should I aim for temping at 5:45 regardless of time zone!

I really never had an issue with temp fluctuations and wake up times/time zones etc. I just took my temp after my longest sleep and went with it. I always saw a shift and just kept my temping time the same in FF so I didn't have a million open circles. I think having your longest stretch of sleep is more important than the actual time because that is what is giving you the most accurate information.
