Fifths disease

hello, I am 24 weeks pregnant. And just found out my 8 year old daughter has fifths disease. I am super worried, has anyone ever had this happen to them while pregnant? I haven't seen a rash on me yet. But it still bothers me a good bit. Along with back/hip/leg pain . And just not sleeping good

    Fifths disease was a concern of mine because there were a few outbreaks in local schools while I was pregnant teaching (first pregnancy). My doctor said it's obviously best to avoid or limit contact which isn't possible with your child. Doctor also said many adults are immune after having fifths in childhood.

    Can you call your doctor or nurse and ask what they recommend

    I was exposed around 22 weeks during my last pregnancy and my doctor recommended a blood test to confirm I was immune which I was. My mom doesn't remember me ever having it but I must have been exposed at some point. I would recommend calling your doctor. I was happy I had the blood test so that I didn't have to worry about it anymore.
