I loved the Skip Hop Duo! I got rid of mine, but am considering getting another one because I loved it so much. I'm debating between that and the Storksak on the Nordstrom sale
I have a Kate Spade Stevie diaper bag and I don't love it. I loved it at first. I really want a Lily Jade bag but they are pretty expensive- there is one version that turns into a back pack and I think that's so cool to be totally hands free- see link below.
I think I am going to look into petunia pickle bottom- their bags seem like great quality and there are a lot of different options. Newborns require a lot and a toddler that will hopefully be potty trained- will also require extra clothes etc.
Haven't used it yet but I got the Kate spade classic diaper bag last week. I didn't like the version they had in stores but the online versions looked better. Plus the design matched the gold stroller hooks it comes with and this could totally go with some of my green or blue dresses. I got my friend an Armani diaper bag that came with all sorts of cool baby gadgets and she says she found it awesome - black leather isn't really my cup of tea tho
My Carters diaper bag is amazing, I definitely think that I will be able to use it again with my toddler and baby. It came with the changing pad (which the grandparents lost) and tons of different compartments for everything you'll ever need. Another huge plus is that it wasn't a bank breaker and I got mine at Target. It has little straps that you can hook it onto the shopping cart handle or stroller handle which is basically amazing when you're out shopping or walking with baby.
https://www.skiphop.com/diaper-bags/via-messenger-diaper-bag I have this one. I really like the flap on it as you just flip it over and all your things are hidden. You don't have to worry about a zipper. I used it for my last daughter and will use it for this kid too! The only thing is that the changing pad that comes with it isn't that great and isn't a snap to get in and out but other than that I really like it.

I love backpacks as diaper bags! I find them so much easier to carry than over the shoulder bags. I have just a regular (Lands End maybe) backpack. I've used it for my first two, and plan to keep it up with my 3rd.
I'm obsessed with my skip hop grand central bag. I'm a diaper bag addict. I have a Kate spade bag and it's pretty but it needs more compartments because I can't get organized. The skip hop bag has three separate compartments with lots of pockets, zippered pockets and two insulated pockets on the sides. I fit my life in that bag. I get so many compliments on storage when I start pulling out things. I all have a fisher price backpack for my husband and a small messenger bag but neither do it for me.
Hands down, petunia pickle bottom boxy. Didn't get until my third. It's nice, holds so much without being huge. It can clip to stroller or worn as a backpack too. I had a skip hop duo before and some custom made ones from Etsy. First pregnancy that haven't felt like my current bag just won't work.
My best advice is to get something light with lots of pockets. Sometimes those fancy designer bags that look more like purses are just too heavy once you load it up with all your baby stuff. I had Petunia Pickle Bottom and stopped using it because it was just so darn heavy. The cheapie bag I got from Bsbies R Us was perfect, light lots of room, lots of pockets.
I've had 5 diaper bags, including JuJuBe, Jeep, and Baby trend brand. This has by far been my favorite - especially with the price. TTM with a 2 and 1 yr old. I have back problems, and this has been so comfortable.

This time, I decided to go with the Skip Hop Forma backpack. It came highly recommended from a friend. I love it so far! It has plenty of room for toddler and newborn stuff, plus my own stuff too. I really like the idea of being able to baby wear on the front, have the diaper bag on my back, and still have my arms free to wrangle my three year old
