I too have had HORRIBLE skin and frizzy hair and the baby predictor told me it was a girl. I had a lady look at me in my first trimester and told me dont believe anyone else but her, I was having a boy. Sure as sun, that's what we're having.
I?ve had three pregnancies with three girls, all three I did not have acne or dry hair until now with my fourth. I?m really hoping this one will be a boy!
I'm having a girl and my skin hasn't really changed, a bit more dry but not any more acne than pre-pg - but my hair is awful, its dry and frizzy and its usually the opposite. It could be from the climate change though too, I moved up to Anchorage right after the wedding in August from Seattle.
I'm having a girl and my hair has been SO dry its unreal. I use a VO5 hot oil twice a week and a deep conditioner 3x/week. Skin has been OK for the most part, but my hair & nails have been really dry and brittle.
I have never had skin this bad in my life, and my hair is a mess and per our amnio I am having a girl. This is what I get for not breaking out in high school. No matter what I do my hair looks like hell I am giving up.

My skin has been terrible- I feel like I'm in middle school again with all the breakouts! My hair hasn't really been dry- just totally uncooperative and we're expecting a girl.
PS> There's an old wives tale I've been told about how these things happen when you're carrying a girl because she "steals your beauty"?
With my first pregnancy my skin was great, anything I did have on it pre-pregnancy cleared right up and I never got a blemish the rest of the time, we had a little girl. This time my skin is HORRIBLE...we aren't finding out what we are having.
Re: Bad hair/skin and having a girl?
Oh yeah!
I look like a 14-year old
I've given up on my hair. (Getting braids in 8 days)
Oh and by the way, I was ***-eyed for two months due to hormonal changes from my sweet baby girl.
