FF part time?

Anyone FF by day and feed BM by night? How did you start introducing formula?  Mix in a little with BM or just replacing one bottle at time? LO is already on a bottle as I am EP right now bc of tongue tie issues.  Getting it clipped tomorrow so really hoping that helps his silent reflux.

    When DS had his lip and tongue tie release they told me to BF as often as he wanted cause his tongue needed practice after the clipping.

    Mix it with breast milk and decrease the amount of breast milk you put in gradually over a few days.

    Start slow so you don't upset his tummy. I would try adding and ounce or two to his bottle of BM. My LO refuses a bottle of there is even one ounce of formula so I gave up.

    I do the opposite. Bf during the day and ff at night. I find he sleeps a little longer between feedings with the formula. I would mix half bm half formula at first then when he was used to it went full formula. I also find mixing his formula bottles before we go to bed and warming then up makes the night feedings go faster and smoother.
