  28 weeks, 3rd trimester!

  How are you feeling?
  Fairly decent with the exception of being out of breath and trouble getting comfy at night. 
  

  
  

  Upcoming appointments?
  We have one Tuesday which will lead to way more. I failed my GD test this past weekend so now I have to go do all that crap. Ugh!
  

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions:
  Only two more weeks until our 3D ultrasound! I'm so excited to see what Bean looks like. We invited all the soont-to-be-grandparents to come along too so it'll be fun to see their reactions. Also we get to pick up the dresser and changing topper from Babies R Us today; the nursery is almost complete with the essentials. 
  

  
  

  GTKY: What is your least favorite chore to do?
  Dishes! I absolutely despise them, luckily the house we bought has a dishwasher so I don't mind them anymore.

  Cauliflower (I feel like we used that already, but my other app says eggplant and we've used that too)

  How are you feeling?

  Generally okay. I'm sore when I wake up every morning, but moving around seems to help. I'm slowing down- I went shopping with my sister last night and she kept turning around to wait for me because we are typically both fast walkers. 

  Upcoming appointments?

  Tuesday is the dreaded GD test- I'm nervous. 

  Rants/Raves/Questions:

  My husband is going to finish building the bookcase for the nursery today, which is the last of the furniture! then we will just have decorations left, which I haven't decided on yet. Having the crib up makes it feel more real, for sure. 

  GTKY: What is your least favorite chore to do? (Stolen from Monday)
  ugh, bathrooms. Luckily, that was always my husband's chore growing up, so he doesn't mind doing it.

  How are you feeling? Still not great, but better than I was.  Still nauseated at night (probably from the heartburn).  And I've entered into the "peeing when you sneeze" stage.  Guess I should work on my kegels. 
  

  
  

  Upcoming appointments? Monthly appointment on Tuesday - my last one before it switches to every two weeks.
  

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: Paint samples are $.99 at Lowes, so we're going to get a bunch today to try to find the right gray for the nursery.  I like dark colors.  My husband does not.  But he talked me out of the color I wanted for the first kid's room and into a color I don't like at all, so he said he's going to let me choose.
  

  
  

  GTKY: What is your least favorite chore to do? (Stolen from Monday) Putting away laundry.  I don't mind doing laundry or folding laundry, but I don't like putting it away.

  Upcoming appointments? Thursday to run an ffn test. My dr. is having me come in once a week now.

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: Insomnia has hit. I was awake last night from 3:30 am until 7 and the night before it was 1:30-4.

  How far along? 26 weeks
  
  What size is baby? Cabbage
  
  How are you feeling? Emotional.  But I'm recognizing it for what it is - hormones and lack of medication.  It's bearable.
  
  Upcoming appointments? This Thursday I go in for a growth ultrasound, followed by my monthly midwife appt.  My Mom will get to see Franklin because she's visiting so I'm pretty excited about that.
  
  Rants/Raves/Questions: Since the move, things have started to calm down and I'm doing a lot better with weight gain.  I'm pretty happy about that.
  
  GTKY: What is your least favorite chore to do? (Stolen from Monday) Definitely the dishes.  It was the only chore I ever fought with my mom about.  I've spent about half my marriage (37 months) without a dishwasher and I'm so glad that we finally got our new one installed in the house.  I feel silly, but I recorded a video of it cleaning for the first time.

  How far along? 28 weeks...officially 3rd tri on all apps now.  Woot woot!
  
  

  What size is baby? a 1 lb basket of wings...I feel like Baby Sizer always gives heartburn food comparisons
  

  
  

  How are you feeling? Not too bad.  I do already feel huge, but that's big babies for ya.  I'm super ready for fall weather.  And super ready to eat pizza without having regrets/acid reflux after.
  

  
  

  Upcoming appointments? Thursday for GD testing, then on to every 2 weeks
  

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: It's dd's birthday today!  Can't believe I already have a 3 year old.  Rant: it'd be great if I could walk up the steps without feeling like I just did P90X.
  

  
  

  GTKY: What is your least favorite chore to do? (Stolen from Monday) So hard to choose, I hate them all!  I'd say doing the laundry.  It's all the way downstairs, so the whole process is exhausting.  And dd always wants to "help" which usually involves me refolding her laundry, and her trying to unfold what I've already done.
