I know dilation and effacement don't mean much regarding when you'll go into labor, but what if it is slowly progressing?
Last week (36+2) I was 2cm dilated and 80% effaced. Today (37+2), I was 3cm dilated and 90% effaced. Anyone with any experiences?
I have a scheduled induction on July 28 (39+1) due to PIH but I'm wondering if baby might make an appearance before then! I would much prefer her to come naturally and not need to be induced.

Re: Does this mean labor will start soon?
We have a symptoms thread, and a labor thread that would be appropriate for this. Or even the randoms.
