Nothing too bad yet (that I can remember, ha!) but I'm constantly walking into rooms and forgetting why I'm there, or putting things in weird places and forgetting where I left them. I did start an Amazon order yesterday for the Prime day diaper deal around 9am and forgot to go in and finish it until 10:30pm, when the deal was gone.
I was just attempting to lurk the September board and my jaw dropped when I saw 400 posts under the birth announcement thread. I scrolled thru it for 5 whole minutes before realizing it was the September 2015 board
Was having a conversation with a friend, telling them a story when mid sentence I had to stop because I completely forgot what we were talking about and what I was saying (couldn't even remember the last word that came out of my mouth!).
Last night I was looking for some baby shower invitations I picked up to mail to those that don't have email addresses, and I couldn't find them, so of course I blamed hubby for moving them/throwing them out, even called my mom and blamed her for taking them, then after going pee I see something on the shelf, sure enough it's the invites and I remember putting them up there so I wouldn't lose them. Ya - doesn't stop me from blaming hubby for everything I can't find.
Mine is a big one --- I forgot to pay our mortgage. Luckily we had a grace period!!!! WHOOPS!!
Married 11-11-11 TTC only since Dec 2015. I had some weight to get off. Been working hard in the gym for over a year. BFP 02-15-16 with our first IT'S A BOY!!!
I booked a plane ticket for the wrong month and day. Didn't even notice until DH told me.
I bought insurance for a rental car thinking it was the car insurance.....nope, just travel protection in case you cancel. SO DUMB. It was $50 too. We had to pay the $70 car insurance on top of that.
The other day I put a plastic fork in the microwave with my lunch when I was heating it up. Luckily I was immediately looking for it and opened the microwave before it melted in my food!

next time, check the benefits on the credit card you booked the car on before booking separate insurance. Many credit cards offer rental car protection at no charge. My FIL tested that the first time I went on the family vacation back when DH and I were still dating. He backed the rental car into a pole in the parking deck of the hotel. Their credit card covered the costs associated with getting the car fixed up
May not seem like a major one, but I left my headphones at home. Every day at lunch, I listen to my audiobook and take a walk. I have just over and hour left in the story, and I don't have my headphones.

@Kaytee1087 Ughhhh...that would kill me!! Not just the silence during my walk, but knowing I had to wait longer to see how it ended!! Hope you have time over the weekend to listen!!
Thanks @LMNOBaby, I actually DID have my phone clip so I ended up clipping it to my shirt with the volume all the way up lol. It worked and was way better than the silence! I now have 35 mins left. Perhaps I will take the long way home tonight so I can finish it lol.

I was going to prepare a milkshake for breakfast but then remembered that my dogs needed water so I did that and forgot about my own breakfast until I got to my office, and when I got back home I saw the milk gallon over the kitchen table
Last month. Paid my electric bill and water bill. This month, my electric company is sending me hate mail because I only paid $45 when I owed $152,. However, I won't have a water bill for, like, 3 months.
Oh yeah! And I almost walked out of the house and went to work in a slip. Only thing that stopped that disaster was me walking by a mirror and saw myself. I had shoes on, purse on my shoulder, hair and makeup done, keys in hand...but not the dress that I meant to wear over the slip.

@SpaceBurger@bnsmith85 Also, your car insurance most likely covers you as well. We never ever buy the additional insurance, we are covered under our regular policy. I'm convinced rental car insurance is a scam.
I have a major one and some minor ones. Major one. I locked my 3 year one in our new van and my cell one with the keys in my purse on the front seat. No windows downs and we were at the mall. I freaked!!! Luckily my husband had a spare key and was a letter to leave work to come to our rescue. Minor ones I asked my husband he we owned a saw 4 days in a row. I put left overs in the microwave and forgot them for 20 mins. I stood at walmart for 2 hours cuz I forgot my list and forgot where my list was and didn't want to leave without getting everything.
I started a document to keep track of feeling baby's movements. I started on Thursday and had entries for every day since. I just realized this morning that every single one of them was dated 2017.
