No Sign of Baby

So I'm 6 weeks pregnant today and working my way to my 3rd ultrasound this Friday because I was having some spotting and slight cramping. Nothing overwhelming or that I couldn't bare. So far there's been no sign of baby or gestational sac. All of my test's are still coming back as pregnant. They keep drawing blood to make sure my HCG Levels aren't dropping. I don't feel as tired as i did when i first found out i was pregnant. My boobs aren't as sore as they were. I'm freaking out

! Has this happened to anyone else? Shouldn't they at least be able to see the sac by now?

Do you know for sure when you ovulated? Were you tracking? You may have ovulated later than you thought if not and aren't as far along. Symptoms are not indicative of the viability of your pregnancy, they will come and go throughout.

Is your HCG doubling? What does your doctor say? This happened to me but my HCG wasn't doubling. Unfortunately, I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy. It's possible that you are having a miscarriage/chemical pregnancy, or that you have a normal pregnancy that is too early to see on ultrasound. I think they generally do not see anything until at least 5 weeks, so if you ovulated late, that could be an explanation.

HCG Levels are doubling. My tubes are clear. I go back for a 3rd ultrasound tomorrow so hopefully baby will decide to show itself. I was getting really discouraged but after doing a lot of googling it seems like this is not uncommon and that it's probably just too early to see right now.
