This. With my oldest, she definitely applied to the saying "early to bed, late to rise." If babies are overtired, they won't sleep well during the night. Babies tend to sleep better at night if they are not overtired. If you are keeping her up during the day or waking her up when she is sleeping during the day then you may be making her overtired! I know it sounds counterproductive but making sure that she gets plenty of nap time during the day will help her be more rested and hopefully able to settle down enough to sleep more at night. When babies are overtired from being up all day they can have a hard time settling down to sleep restfully at night. Good luck momma! Hope your sweet little babe starts sleeping better soon.

granted, he's still waking up every two hours regardless... But he isn't staying up when he wakes up at night.
